9 months of Alice… celebrated the Disney way 🎃✨🏰

Somehow our little girl is already 9 months old, and there was no better way to celebrate than with a night full of costumes, candy, characters, and a little extra Disney magic at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. 🥹🩷

Watching Disney through her eyes has completely changed the magic for us. The little reactions, the curious stares, the tiny moments she’ll never remember but we’ll never forget… those are the memories I want to hold onto forever. 🥺

Motherhood didn’t make my world smaller.
It taught me to see how magical the little things actually are. 🤍

I used to think making memories meant doing more, seeing more, fitting everything in.

Now I know sometimes the best memories are the ones where we slow down.
Where the plan changes because she needs a nap.
Where we skip the ride.
Where we sit a little longer.
Where I get to watch her discover something I’ve walked past a hundred times.

She won’t remember every place we took her or everything we did…

but I hope she remembers the feeling.

That childhood felt safe.
That her parents were present.
That we laughed a lot.
That ordinary days felt a little magical. ✨

And maybe that’s the reminder I needed too:

You don’t have to do everything to give your baby a beautiful childhood. You just have to be there for it. 🤍

A carousel to show why I love you ❤️

1. You loved me exactly as I am, with my Disney, and you made it part of your life too. ❤️
2. You are our safest place… and our girls’ safest place. There is no comfort like your arms.
3. You are the smartest, yet somehow also the coolest human on Earth.
4. You are always there, creating memories with us and making every moment special.
5. And you’re always there for the pictures too, with your best smile. 😊
6. You carry the weight of anything, not because you think I can’t carry it myself, but because you want me to rest. 🥺
7. You still see the beauty and magic in life, and you never stop having fun with us.
8. Because together we make each other better, stronger, and happier. I can’t thank God enough that I get to spend my life with my favorite human on Earth.

I love you forever. ❤️

And we might need a Part 2, Part 3, and Part 4… because there are so many more reasons I love you and way too many more pictures to fit in just one carousel. 🤣❤️

I stopped romanticizing motherhood and started enjoying it instead…

As you can see, the first pictures look perfect, and many women might look at them and think, “I’m doing a bad job.” (Don’t 🤍)

If you keep scrolling, by the 4th picture you’ll notice my finger — which I almost cut by mistake 🫣 I wanted to edit the pictures, but then I thought about the beauty of imperfection.

And for me, that’s motherhood.

It’s beautiful and hard, messy and happy all at once. Some days I feel exhausted, touched out, overwhelmed… and then she smiles at me like I’m her whole world, and suddenly nothing else matters.

As I was writing this, my baby wanted milk, then threw the bottle on the floor, then I had to make a new one… and then she smiled, and I laughed. And I realized these are the moments I’ll probably miss one day — the chaos, the noise, the little interruptions that right now feel endless.

Motherhood isn’t always the aesthetic pictures, the matching outfits, or the perfectly clean house. Sometimes it’s crying in the bathroom for five minutes, reheating your coffee three times, and still showing up with love.

And somehow, in the middle of all that mess, you discover a version of yourself you never knew existed.

Don’t compare your motherhood journey to anyone else’s. We are all living this for the first time. We are different, our babies are different, and you are doing your best.

And one day, our babies will grow up and never remember if the house was perfect or if we had everything figured out… but they will remember how safe they felt in our arms 🤍

And to my husband — thank you for being present through all of it. For the sleepless nights, the patience, the little things no one sees, and for loving us so gently even on the hardest days. A loving and present partner changes everything.

Shoutout to all the present husbands and dads out there. Your love, support, and presence matter more than you’ll ever know 🫶🏻

My name is Alice 💕🥹
and my parents are completely obsessed with me.

Let me introduce you to our ray of sunshine — our miracle girl, our answered prayer.
This pregnancy was a miracle, and her life is one too 🥹💕

My little warrior endured 28 hours of labor, and now she’s here — filling our lives with more magic than we ever imagined.

December 29 became the day I truly saw love.
Not only through the eyes of my daughter, but through my husband — who stayed by my side every single minute, holding me, supporting me, loving me. I am endlessly grateful for him.

Grateful for my mom, who is here helping us navigate this beautiful new chapter, and for our family and friends — our village — who showed up for us in ways we will never forget.

7 years ago, he asked me to be his girlfriend.
6 years ago, I married my best friend.
And in just a few days, the love God planted in our hearts
will grow into a miracle we’ve prayed for.

God held us through every season —
the waiting, the growing, the becoming.
