Everybody always wants a happy ending but, it doesn’t always work that way. In my case it seemed like it was gunna end much before it started. 5 months ago I broke my ankle in the worst way you could break an ankle lol Doctors were telling me it was gunna be 6 months until I was back. Me nor my family chose to accept that so we kept believing in are faith.
I spent 8 weeks on a scooter thinking how the hell am I gunna get back. I told everybody I would be back soon. But hey, better late than never, I came back with two months left of season. still dreaming a lil too big perhaps with hopes on getting on that state podium. In that pursuit
I became a league Champ, CIF Finalist. then
as I’m going into MASTERS quarterfinal round I get head butted in the mouth and split my lip open. With the athletic team wanting to pull me from the tournament I told them, I wanted to go down swinging.
Placed 6th
It’s been a ride, thank you wrestling, Thank you coaches. Thank you friends and family for always believing in me, it was Strong. Keep believing and Thank you God! for giving me that crazzy last dance.
I love you dad. And I love you all. @camarillowrestling @chanclasvandamme @venturaortho @oldsoulphotography_ by @emmanuel_sand0val
