Emma Pidré (1989, Argentina) is one of five artists presented in Conical Helix of Time, exploring perceptions of time and human agency, especially via comparisons between our contemporary reality and the Middle Ages.

@emmapidre explores power dynamics as they intersect with aesthetic codes, cultural and class identities. Structures of oppression and desire inform sculptural works utilising digital processes to create forms referencing medieval ironwork.

Conical Helix of Time continues at Kirche Kleinhüningen, Basel
3pm – 7pm, Wednesday 17 June, and by appointment, with a performance at 5pm by @troubadour21_official.
