Living People Stories Around a Fire
Co-Created by @hallo.corin and I!

A look at our day of creating: Inspired by the neo-futurist collaborations we led at Loyola and wanting to create a space dedicated to creation and community this summer, Corin and I hosted the project titled “Living People Stories Around a Fire” this on August 22nd, 2026
.
While the project emphasized the importance of the process over the product, we ended up with 27 plays people were excited to debut to their community. And the community showed up!! With an ensemble of 16 (pictured in slide 2) and an audience upwards of 60 people, the event was bigger then we could have dreamed. Thank you to all who participated; This project punched any fears surrounding creation and lack of community into the ground :) 👊💥 taken in Loyola Beach by @emmasmith.thtr

Started my summer off right in working my first music festival.

@highsierramusic I worked as a PA, a stagehand, and patch crew! I am so thankful to all the staff who showed me kindness and helped me learn/boost my audio knowledge and skills! and! to my friends at women’s audio mission that brought me along.

this amazing team of teaching artist put 30 kids imaginations together to tell “The Secrets of Jungle City” in just 9 days!!

In devising, we asked kids what it means to be environmentally responsible and built a journey about space kids who learn from the jungle animals to gain such environmental responsibility!!

This feat was no joke, thanks to all my collaborators:

14 amazing actors, 59 stunning scenes, an entire theater for things to exit and enter from, and the craziest tracking paperwork I have ever done!

what a pleasure it was to work with the team who built Love and Information at the @wirtzcenter. through the technical puzzle I found myself smiling every day :)
