Sometimes the most beautiful stories aren’t the ones I create for clients. Het zijn de verhalen die me laten beseffen waar het echt om draait. Deze beelden zijn gefilmd met mijn iPhone. Geen script of shotlist. Alleen vier dagen samen met mijn dochter in Parijs. Vier dagen waarin we alle tijd voor elkaar hadden. Waarin we slenterden, lachten, genoten en herinneringen maakten. We verbleven in het boutique hotel @bloomhouse.hotelspa , sliepen in onze matching pyjama’s, schreven een brief aan onszelf voor over vijf jaar bij @cafepli, maakten het vuurwerk van Quatorze Juillet mee, shopten in de fijne boetiekjes van Le Marais, bezochten de expositie van Fujiko Nakaya in @boursedecommerce , deden drankjes op een terras in Montmartre. Wat als je zelf kunt vastleggen wat je ziet, voelt en wilt vertellen? Video is niet alleen een marketingtool. Het is een creatieve taal. En die taal wordt steeds belangrijker. Niet omdat iedereen filmmaker moet worden. Maar omdat de ondernemers met een visie steeds vaker worden gezien door de manier waarop ze die visie zichtbaar maken. Dat is de kracht van video.
