There are moments when coaching feels incredibly rewarding. 🙏✨

And then there are moments when it feels lonely.
Not because you’re alone, but because so much of the process happens in your own head.

You question every count, every transition, every correction, every decision. You wonder if your dancers trust the vision. You wonder if you’re giving enough.

Watching a class full of people move, laugh, learn and support each other will always be my biggest win. ❤️ by @emmihellheels
