Newsworthy, nothing can put into words how grateful I am for you. From showing me the ropes in the eq ring, to letting me have fun while we tore it up in the jumper ring, you reminded me what it felt like to love a horse like a little kid again (something I lost). This summer we earned top ribbons in the adult equitation and even pulled 3rd in the .95 jumpers, but more importantly, I had the most amazing partner to carry me through the more-than-worth-it ups and downs of the season. Huge thanks to @east_wind_farms for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime through this internship, and for letting me learn and grow alongside such an incredible horse. Until we meet again, Harkies, I love you so much 🫡 by @emmmma.27

Feeling so lucky to have the opportunity to attend this school, ride some of the nicest horses I’ve ever sat on, and meet some truly amazing horsewomen (and friends). Excited to see what the next three years have in store! by @emmmma.27

Wrapping up an awesome few months with Flynn at the Great Lakes Equestrian Festival! We pinned in the top of our class during weeks 2 and 3; Taking home 2nd in the $500 Pre Child Adult Classic. Huge thanks to @east_wind_farms for providing me with such an amazing opportunity. And, of course, to Flynn for making my jumper debut so memorable. by @emmmma.27

Man, this year had the potential to be one of my worst years of high school. I was thrown curveball after curveball and yet I look back on it as my favorite of all. I have developed so many friendships and memories, I could not be more grateful for the family I have made this year. They have supported me through thick and thin and I cannot believe it’s over. I’ll see y’all around 🫡 taken in MAST Academy: Maritime and Science Technology High School by @emmmma.27
