Thirty, flirty & thriving. It’s wild to me - 30 years. How is that even possible? Somewhere after 22, I stopped counting. The years blurred into each other, slipping by like water through open hands. And yet - those „wasted“ years were not wasted. They taught me how to live with pain. How to survive the quiet storms, the crashing heartbreaks, the truths that split you open. I learned that the only way out is through - to face that shit. To rage when you have to. To cry when your soul demands it. To laugh until the tears come, uninvited and holy. To claim what is yours with pride and presence. To live fully. To feel deeply. To love without reservation. To declare your boundaries with tender boldness. To never stop seeing the world through the wide, curious eyes of a child. To romanticize the ordinary. To say yes to the chaos, the wildness, the breathtaking unpredictability of being alive. I am proud - not only of who I’m becoming, but also of every version of me I’ve outgrown, every skin I’ve shed to stand here as I am. To those who hold my heart - who truly see me, who believe in me, and who call me out on my bullshit when needed - thank you. I thank the Universe for you every single day. I never thought I’d make it to thirty. But here I am. Alive. And God, I’m so glad I never let go. Here’s to what comes next. To the quiet miracles in everyday life. To growth. To softness. To wonder. Exist loudly. #30thbirthday #recap #birthday by @emmvtschka

Never forget how @piab1996 invited me for a 5-course menu with accompanying drinks at the vegan fine dining experience in @koppsberlin on my birthday. Don’t ask me what all of this was, but let me say it tasted ✨exquisite & expensive ✨, just like us beeches. Thank you for being my sugar mommy I always wished for, Pia. 😚 #vegan #vegandeutschland #veganfinedining #plantbasedfood #berlinfoodstories by @emmvtschka
