Life lately🍃 by @emmy_ldk
A special post today because today would have been your 60th birthday. I can’t believe it’s been almost four years since I last heard your voice or got to call you Mom. They say time heals all wounds, but the more time passes, the further away I feel from you. Losing you has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. You were my best friend, my favourite person and the best mom anyone could ever wish for. You were the kindest person I’ve ever known, and you’ve inspired me in so many ways, not only as a person but now as a coach too. I hope you can see me from up there and that I’m making you proud. I wish I could tell you just how much of who I am today is because of you. I love you forever Mom💖🕊️ by @emmy_ldk
There’s a reason we’re hooked on jumpboard ↓ Jumpboard Pilates brings cardio to the Reformer, combining spring resistance, controlled jumps, and full-body strength work. You’re getting your heart rate up, challenging your endurance, and supporting lymphatic flow through repetitive movement and muscle contractions that help circulate lymphatic fluid throughout the body. Low impact on the joints, high on the fun. We’re into it. 👀 Peep the schedule on the BLACKOUT app for upcoming Jumpboard classes. by @emmy_ldk
