Last year when My Chemical Romance announced more dates for the Long Live the Black Parade tour, I knew one thing for sure: I had to be by the B Stage. I'm also at the age where I'm gonna take a seat over the pit, so when I was able to secure a ticket one row back from the B Stage, I was so stoked. I kept checking and rechecking where my seat was because I could hardly believe it. By the time I hobbled to my seat with two scraped up knees and a busted phone screen, I was actually losing my mind about how close I actually really would be to the most important band in my life. The best part? They actually played my favorite song off Danger Days, "The Kids From Yesterday"

When the show was done and I turned to the girl sitting next to me that I had only met hours earlier and said this was the best night of my life. Until my next My Chem show, I mean.

@mychemicalromance Long Live the Black Parade in Minneapolis, MN on August 24th, 2026. My third time seeing my favorite band live, and it was the best yet. My seat was incredible, the show was incredible, the scrapes on my knees from falling *up* the stairs outside Target Field... also incredible.

This is post 1 of 2, maybe 3, I dunno yet 😅 but these shots are all from the A Stage. B Stage coming soon

Another Cow Chip 5k in the books. Humidity at 96% and the dew point at 70 means a rough race heart rate-wise, but my legs still feel like they got something left in them. I guess that's a good sign for the @madisonmarathon 10k in November where it better not be this hot and muggy 😅

Severe weather in June pushed the @jimmyeatworld Bleed American 25th anniversary tour in Chicago to yesterday. The weather could not have been better, and neither could the show. This was my 4th time seeing Jimmy Eat World play live, and its amazing how they keep getting better. They're such a great band to see live, the crowd was awesome, and the songs they picked to play in addition to Bleed American in full were amazing. I love this band

Getting my 3 miles in with the sunrise this morning 🌄 Tazzy has been really itchy due to her grass allergies, so we're taking turns monitoring her and making sure she isn't hurting herself scratching. That also means we haven't been getting great sleep over here 🫤 but hopefully everything we're doing (minimal walks, keeping outdoor shoes contained to specific areas, lots and lots of cleaning) will help get her through it quickly.
