On this weeks episode of “that looks easy” - you’re probably not going to be able to do something if you can’t actually get into the start position 🤷🏻‍♀️

Earlier toddlerhood is SO much easier than the newborn phase because I’m not depressed, regretting my choice to have a child, going through intrusive thoughts, getting over repressed trauma that came back during the induction and labour process, and fighting for my life on 2 hours sleep 🤷🏻‍♀️

I also think watching my baby grow into a toddler with his own opinions, thoughts and emotions has been incredibly rewarding 🫶🏻These first 5 years shape their emotional regulation, neural pathways, confidence, vocabulary and much more, so they are absolutely critical to who they grow up to be. It’s hard work but it pays off ✌🏻

New mums, you’re absolute fucking warriors!

Then & Now ✌🏻💜 After moving to a new city at 28 years old and feeling lonely after lockdown with miles between me and my friends, @mrs_gkt94 became my ride or die 🫶🏻 she’s been there through some rough shit and some huge life moments for me, and she’ll always have my back 💜 Now she’s actually being consistent with it (we used to call her the flake) she’s my pole wife too and I’m so so proud of how far she’s come in the time we’ve been friends! Big love and Ludmila forever 💜💜💜

Saying goodbye to Pokopia this week 👋🏻 because the minute Ocarina of Time drops on Switch 2, everything else will be dead to me until I’ve completed it 🙈🤣 it’s been a blast, Ditto, see you on the other side!

💕✨ Card of the week ✨💕

Keeping it on display in my new MagSafe Slab from @slabshieldtcg 😍

I am obsessed with this Slurpuff SIR (236/217) from Ascended Heroes! Honestly one of the most beautiful cards in my collection and with a current value of around £5-£7 it’s one worth adding if you love collecting cute pink Pokemon 💕

The happiest mums are the mums out here doing something for themselves. Showing up for your kid(s) is easier when YOU are taken care of 👌🏼 Fill that cup when the kid(s) are asleep, at nursery or with their dad!

Super fun shape I learnt this week! ✨👌🏼

Swipe to the video for the entry. Not the easiest to hook that foot but once it was there I was locked in.

POV: you’re in your mid 30s and have reverted to everything you enjoyed as a child 🤷🏻‍♀️🛝📚

Pole and calisthenics are just like playing on the monkey bars in the playground 👌🏼
Park Run and races are basically running around with your friends in the school field 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️
Hikes are just playing outside for grown ups 🥾
Reading stories turned into ready novels 📚
The Nintendo 64 got upgraded to a Nintendo Switch 👾
You traded school discos for seeing the bands you love 🎸
♥️ and… you restarted your Pokemon card collection

How have I never noticed that these two moves are basically the same?! Do people consider them the same move with 2 different entries? 🤔

I’ve always known them as Russian Bridge and Brass Bridge but other than a half a degree difference in the ankle of my knee, they’re identical 🙃😆

I actually have a professional photo of the Brass Bridge already from the same photographer my next shoot is booked with 🤦🏻‍♀️
