After leaving my last company, my stress level went way down but my weight went right back up to where it was 3 years ago.

I noticed some health issues popping up because I was overweight again. So starting in January I decided to get back on my health kick. This time not only did I change my eating habits and workout routine to lifting 5 days per week, I also incorporated a weight loss shot.

This go around it took me 4 months vs 2 years to lose 27 lbs and over 10% of body fat.

Pictures below show where I was in January and where I am as of today. Still have work to do, but am in a much better spot! by @emostevatx
