The choice to silence every form of negativity & carry on, with my light, empathy & positivity.
✨

Welcome to My Journey 💜

My passion for understanding the connection between mind, body, and soul began at a young age, which led me to graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) with a degree in Psychology and English. I furthered my education to become a Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), blending psychology with a holistic approach to wellness. As an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) expert and proud Board Member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), my work centers on promoting health and wellness for the entire self—mind, body, and soul.

Growing up as an American Bengali Muslim, I’ve faced unique challenges—discrimination, racism, and feeling like an outcast. Despite these hardships, I turned my messes into messages and grew stronger each time. Those experiences have empowered me to help others overcome their battles and thrive through holistic health and Emotional Intelligence.

✨ Blossoming From Battles: Wounds➡️WISDOM💫

💡Therapy saves lives… but it was never enough to save mine. At least not Traditional Therapy. This isn’t about discrediting therapy it’s about expanding the conversation. Healing is bigger than one path, and we need to make space for all of it. Nontraditional therapy is a valid modality of healing, one that the world isn’t ready to yet accept.

The little girl in me, once silenced and bullied, could never have imagined this moment: being featured in an award-winning TV series alongside honoring leaders, celebrities and other entrepreneurs who turned pain into power.

👉 Because here’s the truth: mental health isn’t just in the mind. You feel it in your body, carry it in your soul, and silence it in places too “taboo” to talk about. And now, more than ever, we’re living through an emotional epidemic: a disconnected world where loneliness has become the norm & our health is capped by systems who benefit from the lack of healing. It’s no wonder the healthcare industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. Trust yourself and lean in.

The voice that was once silenced, removed & rejected… is now about to be heard by millions. And this is only the beginning. Stay tuned for the release🎬

What the world once tried to silence became part of a global docuseries. Some people follow trends. Some of us already made them our reality😉🎥🎬📽️🎞️

Unfortunately for the people who wanted me to stay quiet, all events depicted are based on a true story😅

Dear world: stop undervaluing motherhood.

In a generation that glorifies constant hustle, independence, and external success, motherhood has somehow become something some women feel pressured to downplay or justify. Choosing to raise children, nurture a family, and pour love into the next generation is not “doing less” with your life. For many women, it is one of the deepest forms of purpose, fulfillment, and legacy there is.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the women embracing motherhood unapologetically while still building beautiful lives, legacies, businesses, and futures. Women truly CAN do it all🤍

Most people in therapy aren’t making progress — and the system was designed that way. Swipe to see what nobody in mental health is saying out loud. →

If you’ve been in therapy for years and still feel stuck, it’s not you. It’s the system.

I work differently. DM me “READY” or tap the link in bio to book a free 15-min consult.

A lot of people spend years in traditional therapy and are still waiting to see progress or to feel fully healed. Not because they aren’t trying, but because they’re navigating systems that were limited or never truly designed for depth. Some approaches keep people functioning, but very few help them actually heal.

So I stopped following what society blindly accepts and built something that goes much deeper. That gap is where I do my work, and the impact I’ve been able to create within that space is what made me fall in love with the work I do and the career I’ve built from it.

I’m opening a limited number of 1:1 client spots for next month, and you can apply for a free consultation to see if this work is aligned for you (link in bio) 🦋 by @empathyqueen

Some people don’t actually want connection: they want access. Access to your time, your energy, your advice, and your aura. But access without reciprocity slowly turns into entitlement.

One of the hardest lessons to learn is that some people love your energy, support and openness, but not your boundaries. They enjoy the version of you that says yes, that explains, that gives, and that understands. But the moment you start protecting your time, your energy, or your peace, the dynamic suddenly changes. That’s because boundaries remove the illusion.

Boundaries reveal who truly valued you and who only valued what you gave. When access becomes limited, intentions become clearer. Some people were connected to you, while others were simply connected to your energy. Boundaries don’t ruin relationships, they reveal the ones that were never built on mutual respect to begin with.

💭 What’s one boundary that changed your relationships?

Women have the power to shape each other’s mental health, confidence, and self-image more than we often realize. A woman can be the reason another woman feels seen, supported, and empowered… or the reason she begins to doubt herself.

On International Women’s Day, I’m celebrating the women who refuse to participate in tearing other women down. The ones who speak up when someone is being silenced. The ones who refuse to participate or be complicit in gossip, bullying, or quiet exclusion.

The ones who recognize gaslighting and manipulation and choose integrity instead. And the women who genuinely uplift one another. The women who celebrate your growth instead of studying it. The ones who support your success instead of viewing it as competition.

Because true empowerment isn’t performative. It’s choosing empathy, courage, and integrity even when it’s inconvenient.

You can have a high IQ and still struggle in relationships.

Because intelligence alone doesn’t teach you how to navigate emotions, manage conflict, or understand people. That’s where emotional intelligence comes in.

EQ is the ability to recognize emotions, regulate reactions, and navigate human dynamics with awareness.

And in many areas of life, relationships, leadership, communication, how to take care of your mental health, EQ matters just as much, if not more, than IQ.

Shame is one of the quietest emotions… but one of the heaviest. Most people don’t even realize they’re carrying it.

It shows up as:
• over-apologizing
• people pleasing
• shrinking your voice
• getting defensive when criticized
• replaying mistakes in your head for years

Because shame doesn’t say
“I did something wrong.”

It says
“There’s something wrong with me.”

And when a person believes that long enough, they start shaping their life around hiding. But shame was never meant to define you. It was meant to signal where compassion is needed.

Healing begins the moment you separate who you are from what you’ve experienced.

✨ Your mistakes are events, not identities.

💬 Which slide resonated with you the most?

📌 Save this if you’re learning to treat yourself with the same empathy you give others.

Ramadan exposes what we usually suppress. Ego. Exhaustion. Grief. Loneliness. Unhealed wounds. Unspoken resentment. Incessant doubts.

For some, this month feels peaceful. For others, it feels confronting.

There are fathers carrying silent pressure.
Mothers running on empty.
Professionals balancing deadlines and devotion.
Divorcees rebuilding identity.
The anxious learning regulation.
The hopeful trying again.
The ones quietly breaking generational cycles.

Ramadan is not a spiritual performance. It is a refinement. Not of your image but of your heart.

And sometimes the most sincere worship
is simply continuing to show up
when everything in you feels tired.

However you arrive this month, steady or struggling, your effort is seen.

May this Ramadan strengthen what feels weak,
soften what feels hardened, and bring expansion to what feels tight. May this month meet you with gentleness. May your heart feel known by the One who created it.

Ramadan Mubarak 🤍
