I spent the morning with Michael Cavallaro at the Small Business Expo in NYC! We talked to many small business owners about different techniques they can use to better attract and retain their employees in highly competitive markets.

This was also a great learning experience! We learned many ways on how to use AI in our own businesses and how it we can also leverage it help our own clients. I can’t wait to apply and share the knowledge we took in today. by @empbnfts

On Friday morning, I went with @unitedwayli YPN to help pack over 700 boxes, 24,000 pounds of food for families across Long Island at @islandharvest . It was a great way to start the day and a good reminder of how much a few hours can add up to. Glad I got to be part of it!

Huge shoutout to Trevor for CRUSHING his drives all day. It’s funny how the universe works. We randomly sat next to Trevor and his family at Fenway a few weeks ago, hit it off and ended up inviting him to join our foursome.

Just goes to show: good people attract good people. Grateful for a great day on the course. by @empbnfts

Thank you to @massmutual for inviting us to Fenway for some Yankees - Red Sox Baseball. The Greatest Rivalry in Sports. by @empbnfts

This is exactly why I do what I do. HR leaders have one of the toughest jobs out there and my goal is always to make sure they never feel like they’re managing a rollout alone. Grateful for the trust the LTE Care Team put in me. by @empbnfts

When the line between clients and friends happily blurs, you know you’re doing something right. It was great spending time with our partners at @comforttouchhealthagency . They are truly experts in the home health care space, and even better people. by @empbnfts

A BIG win for the LTE Care team! In 2026, one size fits all benefits just don’t cut it. A 22 yr old, a 30 yr old, and a 45 yr old all have completely different needs. To build a culture where every employee feels valued, flexibility is everything.

That’s exactly why we were brought in. The old, high cost traditional plans were getting minimal traction. By introducing customizable options, modern tech, and clear education, we completely flipped the script.

Participation hit an all time high, the large team of 500+ are thrilled, and we locked it all in for a seamless 7/1 launch.

When you give employees benefits that actually fit their lives, engagement follows. by @empbnfts
