HAPPY ROMY ANNIVERSARY/WEEK/CON!!! Rogue and Gambit have been my absolute favorite characters for so long now. Between the passion, heart, fashion, and growth I wanted to create and design a costume that highlights everything - their long history, their individual growth, their love, their wins and losses, different universes, different interpretations, and ultimately their story. It was a very rewarding challenge! It’s brought me to new creative heights and let me meet so many amazing people! I even got to see @lenorezann and @aj_locascio at Awesomecon this year (and did I cry happy tears afterwards….I did…so hard that my heart was so full🥹) I also want to highlight a few friends who are part of this project and are featured on the cosplay! @uncannyalice @keeastman @cecelianoel94 @nickyboy12127 I want to share my utmost thanks for being part of this project and sharing your amazing cosplays and ideas with me! Awesomecon 2026 Cosplay Runway Outside the Competition - what more can I say aside from THANK YOU to all of the amazing cosplayers, audience members, and Awesomecon staff and @awesomecons for having us! This marks the third year @cosplayonwords and I have been hosting this event and this has been our largest turnout! Congrats to our lovely group of winners! An absolutely STUNNING cosplay trio from Hollow Knight! Thank you also goes to our amazing friends @sydnycsply, @yukiclarke , @26_tabi who helped us run the show and brought some amazing friends with them as well! This year, the Cosplay Runway, Outside the Competition will be in Room 202AB at @awesomecons ! Join us on Sunday March 15 at 2:15pm to celebrate the cosplay community!

You can sign-up to walk the runway using the link below and in our host’s profiles. Not sure if you want to join, yet? You can be a walk-up entry by registering at 12:30pm outside of Room 202AB on Sunday 3/15.

No stage experience necessary! Our hosts @empcosique and @cosplayonwords will walk you through the basics and give you your time to shine! End AwesomeCon on a high note and join us for our Cosplay Runway!
