Yesterday was National Pulled Pork Day and no one does it better than Empire BBQ and Kimchi Smoke 🔥🐖

From tender, slow-smoked pork piled high to bold sauces and smoky sides, these two know how to turn any event into a full-on flavor fest.

Because when it comes to pulled pork, they set the (smoky) standard. 🍖✨

📍Book @empire_bbq or @kimchismoke for your next event at NYFTA.org 🚚 taken in New York by @empire_bbq

BBQ JOE!

This big boy is bolstered by some spit shine fine ass smoked brisket courtesy of @empirebbq. They know their meats -- you can find their trailer at good ole @hanksbk on Bushwick Ave.

Our BBQ is brisket friendly, with that mother sauce, some mesquite smoke, cumin, cayenne, and pickles, jalapenos, and onions. Throw some cheese on it and you'll be howling at the moon like an urban coyote. Or slop a dog with it!! Options abound.

Only the best ingredients in our joeys. Trot on down Main Street Bed Stuy and see for yourself. Lunch Ladies Unite!! taken in Farley's Sloppy Joes by @empire_bbq

What’s Cookin’ King?!
Empire BBQ’s Chef Vinny takes the crown again at Rib King 2025 in Industry City, Brooklyn — making history as the first chef to win two years in a row! His BBQ glaze ribs, sprinkled with peach and jalapeño infused cornbread crumbs, crafted with heart, soul, and smoke, beat out fierce competition and proved once again why Empire BBQ reigns supreme. 👑🐖🍖

Who's got the BEST Brisket in the Tri-State area? You'll need to watch the whole video to find out... lol. Ok, you don't really have to watch in order to find out if you don't wanna - but this year at @brisketkingnyc, it was @smoke_sweats! That being said... it was yet another EPIC showing - Honestly, I never cease being amazed by the competitors who bring their A+ game year-after-year! Looking forward to @ribkingnyc coming in just a couple of weeks... hope to see YOU there! Please tell me in the COMMENTS what YOUR favorite item to grill is!!! - Brim
