The first step is believing you deserve a better life.
The second is letting go of everything holding you back — including your own role in your unhappiness.
And the third is becoming so certain within yourself that you are ready to receive all the blessings coming your way✨ #manifest #positivepsychology #floridatherapist by @empoweredbytherapy

I stumbled upon this gem of a store on my last trip to Colombia! @ingenio.destreza, located in Oviedo Mall, is a toy store dedicated to promoting ingenuity and mental dexterity for all ages. They feature beautifully crafted, Colombian-made products—including puzzles, board games, art kits, and more—for children and adults alike. Each item is designed to stimulate creativity while supporting motor and cognitive development. Step inside and get inspired! #mentalhealth #saludmental by @empoweredbytherapy
