This World Menopause Day, we’re making room for more informed conversations about women’s health and hormone therapy.

For years, interpretations of the Women’s Health Initiative study shaped how hormone therapy was discussed and prescribed. As clinical guidance evolves, providers are revisiting long-held assumptions and asking a more nuanced question: are we underutilizing a tool that may improve quality of life for appropriately selected patients?

This weekend, Team Empower walked to honor breast cancer survivors, remember those we have lost, and stand with everyone facing this disease today.

We walk because this is personal for so many of us, and because it reflects why Empower exists. We believe every person deserves to be seen, supported, and cared for as an individual. That belief does not stop at the pharmacy door. It shows up in the causes we champion and the communities we serve.
