Ahhh Where do I start? I want to thank God for blessing me with such an incredible passion, even when I’m demotivated I always seem to find my way back. I made a decision last year to write for myself; to genuinely write not to gain popularity but to write because I genuinely enjoy writing. And it’s the best decision I ever made because now I write even when there is no motivation. I write even when I only have one supporter cheering me on.

But in truth my story THE FINAL ACT wouldn’t be noticed if it wasn’t for the continuous support. Everyone who commented, shared, liked, read or spend gems on my story, I appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart ♥️ THANK YOU!!!

Congratulations to all the authors featured on the BLACK HISTORY MONTH SHELF. I’m so honored to be on such an Elite shelf with all these talented authors. Black excellence at its finest!

Thanks to @episode again for this opportunity!

HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH ❤️

We are proud to present our NEW STORY that will be a part of the Unexpected Journey Episode Contest.

This story is a love letter to our beautiful island, JAMAICA 🇯🇲. Come with us on this journey to experience the vibrant culture, food and language through storytelling.

🇯🇲TITLE: UJ: SHE LOVE BADMAN

🇯🇲SHORTER DESCRIPTION:

Spoiled, social media influencer Kerissa Walker’s reckless behavior gets her sent to Jamaica. Will the Jamaican countryside humble her, or will a local badman ruin her completely?

🇯🇲LONGER DESCRIPTION:

Spoiled rich girl and popular social media influencer, Kerissa Walker, reckless behavior gets her shipped off by her parents to Jamaica to her aunt. She thinks she is going to the luxury part of Jamaica but ends up on the rural side where Aunt Sherice struggles with her local farm and the community center she runs.

She meets “BADMAN”, Ricardo Anderson, a very mysterious young man who helps out at her aunt’s community center. He dislikes her upon first impressions.

Hopefully some time in the rural part of Jamaica can change her selfish ways or maybe a mysterious badman will make them worse?
