No words to describe how much I miss you. But I’m thanking God everyday that I had you. You were my world and taught me and shielded me from so many things even now on this day. I won’t ever be ready to say those forever words you didn’t want to hear ( goodbye ) no you left out the door always saying ( see you later) letting me know that you always come back until the day you didn’t. We had our ups and downs but I never took for granted of all the good you have left for me from the days I used to dance for you in my princess dresses and when I didn’t have the shoes, you came in the next day with a full box of them.
Building a doll house for me and my sisters when we didn’t have the one off Tv.

No you gave us a better one and one that lasted longer building it out of wood and fabrics like a carpenter. Never had a complaint of my childhood because you were there, you took us to the parks endlessly and made sure to thank God everyday and have a real relationship with him no matter what.

From dancing for you to singing and praising the lord around you. I am so grateful and thankful for someone who never told me I was less than and didn’t tell me I wasn’t enough. Keep God first and have a relationship with him.

I learned sometimes the hard way of that sentence, almost felt like I couldn’t get it right until this past year. There is truly a difference when you have God in your life for real. Everything starts to make sense. I am grateful you never stop telling me this. And I know the despite of the drifts we faced as father, as daughter. I know that I never stopped loving you and when I found the lord my love grew stronger for you. And I was proud to have you as my father.

I know that the lord is proud of you and as we are celebrating your homecoming today, I will say the words that you always said when you left us for only a few moments, ( not goodbye see you later) and we say yes thank you Jesus that your finally home with our lord and dear friend, Jesus Christ. We love you dad I miss you. Live your best life in heaven I can’t wait to see you later 🌾👑✝️✨ by @empresscliett
