Blend & enjoy 😊 by @empressveggies

One pan Vegan meal prep😏 I been eating this for a week now. I made this on Monday and today is the last day I will be eating this meal; kale, corn, wild rice and brown rice. I sautés the kale first using vegan butter, garlic, and different seasonings, use precooked rice, a cup of vegetable broth and a can of corn. I just let it simmer down until all liquid is gone & boom I had a delicious meal. I have been trying to save time and save more money when it comes to cooking. What I like about this meal is that it’s filling and you don’t really need to eat anything else with it. Just sharing a simple easy vegan meal idea that you might want to try. by @empressveggies

I thought about what I could make and boom a lil voice said make waffles. So here we are with this simple waffle recipe. I created my waffles using my mini Dash waffle maker which I honestly love btw🤗 Easy to use and easy to clean up. •
•
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1tbsp of ground flax seeds
1tbsp of vegan vanilla protein @vega_team
1/4 salt
1 cup of non-dairy milk
2 tbsp of vegetable oil
(Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use 1/4 cup of batter to create waffle)
