Watching our children become curious about their own energy, emotions and inner world is something special. 🌀✨

Blake has watched me practice for years… and now he’s exploring for himself.

This is actually part of why I created The Conscious Child.

I wanted our children to have language for things many of us didn’t begin learning about until adulthood; their energy, emotions, chakras, self-awareness and the power of being connected to themselves.

But for now… just watch him. 👀🌀

What do YOU notice?

And if you’ve been wondering about The Conscious Child, comment CONSCIOUS CHILD and I’ll send you the details. 💫

This is how I work with foils. ⚡

I set them up.

I step back.

I rub my hands together to activate my palm chakras —
not as a ritual, but as a way to focus, center, and build charge.

A quick breath.😮‍💨

Clear intention. 🧘🏾‍♀️

Then emission. 💨

Notice the difference:

➡️ The first activation creates movement.

➡️ The second, more focused emission creates a stronger response.

This is emission manipulation — directing energy outward with clarity and control.

Energy responds when intention is clean and aligned.

Before the comments start — yes, I tested the air. 👁️✨

I moved the foil with focused intention.
Then I waved my hands fast and hard in front of it…
and nothing happened. Why? 🤔

Because this isn’t airflow.
This is telekinesis 🌀energy responding to direction.

You don’t need force.
You don’t need tricks.
You need focus, awareness, and connection.

Energy always tells the truth.

ENROLLMENT IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED. ✨

The doors to the Awaken the Force Within Founding Experience are now closed.

To everyone who watched, shared, asked questions, sent messages, felt the pull, or considered stepping into this journey — thank you.

This experience has already begun shifting into something even more intimate and powerful than I originally imagined.

And one participant has been personally selected for a special upgrade, receiving an expanded private mentorship experience with me at no additional cost. 🌀✨

Sometimes the path doesn’t unfold exactly the way we planned.

Sometimes it unfolds better.

Awaken the Force Within begins tomorrow.

And this is only the beginning.

For those who weren’t ready to commit to the full mentorship experience, I heard you. Smaller classes, focused activations, and new ways for us to work together are coming.

Stay close. ⚡

Apparently it’s Kai’s turn. 😂🌀

After watching his brother practice, Kai wanted to work with the pinwheels too.

I love watching my children explore focus, intention, energy awareness, and what happens when they become completely present with what they’re doing.

I’m not going to tell you what to believe.

Just watch. 👀

What do you notice?

And before y’all ask me 700 times… 😂 yes, I’ll be sharing more about how we practice.

Watching someone else awaken is inspiring.
But eventually, you have to experience your own transformation.

Awaken the Force Within was created for people who are ready to move beyond simply consuming spiritual information and begin actually practicing.

Over six weeks, we’re going to explore healing, spiritual gifts, energy mastery, consciousness-based practices, manifestation, and what it looks like to integrate this work into your everyday life.

This isn’t about trying to become me.

It isn’t about copying someone else’s gifts.

And it definitely isn’t about sitting on the sidelines watching what someone else can do.

It’s about learning to recognize, strengthen, and work with what is already within YOU.

Real tools.
Real guidance.
Real practice.
Real YOU.

✨ AWAKEN THE FORCE WITHIN — FOUNDING COHORT
Begins October 4, 2026
Enrollment closes October 1

If you’re ready to stop just watching and start exploring what’s possible for yourself, comment AWAKEN or DM me AWAKEN and I’ll send you the details.

Higher consciousness isn’t a destination.
It’s a remembering.

There comes a point when growth stops feeling like becoming someone new and starts feeling like returning to someone you already knew you were.

You begin questioning what you’ve been taught.
You become more aware of your energy.
Your intuition becomes harder to ignore.
Old patterns no longer fit the person you are becoming.

And something inside you keeps whispering:

There is more.

Awaken the Force Within was created for the person who is ready to explore that “more” intentionally.

For six weeks, we’ll move through healing, spiritual gifts, energy mastery, consciousness-based practices, manifestation, and embodiment—not simply learning concepts, but putting them into practice.

This is not six weeks of watching me demonstrate what I can do.

It’s six weeks of discovering what YOU can do.

✨ Awaken the Force Within — Founding Cohort
Begins October 4, 2026
Enrollment closes October 1

What if we taught our children early what so many of us had to rediscover as adults? ✨

How to understand their emotions.

How to listen to their bodies.

How to recognize their energy.

How to pause, breathe and become aware of what’s happening within them.

That’s the world Kailee was created to introduce them to. 🌈

The Conscious Child: Chakra & Emotional Intelligence Workbook was designed to help children explore the chakra system, emotions, self-awareness and mindfulness in a way they can actually understand.

Because maybe the next generation doesn’t have to spend a lifetime remembering who they are. 💫

Want a copy for your child? Comment “CONSCIOUS CHILD” below and I’ll send you the link. 🌈✨

You don’t start by trying to move something.

You start by learning to feel.

This was a quick energy ball exercise with Neta—one of the foundational ways I teach students to slow down, focus their awareness and begin recognizing what they experience between their hands.

No two people describe it exactly the same way.

Some notice warmth. Tingling. Pressure. Pulsing. A magnetic feeling. Sometimes it’s subtle.

The point isn’t to tell someone what they’re supposed to feel.

It’s to teach them how to become aware enough to recognize it for themselves.

This is the foundation behind so much of the energy work I practice and teach. ✨

Have you ever tried an energy ball exercise? What did you feel?

This is my little sister. ❤️ And yes… I taught her how to work with the pinwheel.

I’ve been teaching energy work for years, but most of you have seen me practicing, not what it actually looks like when I teach someone else.

This is part of it.

Focus. Intention. Awareness. Learning how to feel your own energy before trying to direct it.

And then… you practice. 👀

No special effects. No big production. Just a real moment between me and my little sister during one of our sessions.

Watch the pinwheel.

Watch her.

And tell me what YOU see.

For those of you who’ve watched my videos and asked, “Can you teach me?”

Yes.

That’s exactly why I created Awaken the Force Within. ✨

It’s time to stop wondering and start learning.

Comment AWAKEN if you’re ready for the details.
