Look, let's be honest, I've highlighted an important issue – if we've reached the point where an artist gets sentenced to 2 years suspended for political art under a criminal statute, then these are fucked-up times.

Yesterday I was at the Warsaw District Court, where the second-instance court upheld @street_wind_ criminal conviction for his caricature of Elon Musk giving a n@zi salute.

And the only reason Street Wind is still in Poland is his lawyer, Krzysztof Dudak, who is defending him for free. Because Krzysztof was a street artist himself and was persecuted by the Soviet authorities in the 1980s.

Thanks to Krzysztof, Street Wind is still in Poland. He can live here. He can create his art.

As long as Street Wind has not been deported, I have absolutely no doubt who the king of Warsaw street art is.

Because risking your freedom for the art is a completely different dimention of art.

See you at the Supreme Court StreetWind. Good Luck, Have Fun, Dont Die!
