Clay and Water; Ink and Blood. Aidan Wolfgang is a multidisciplinary tattooist from Montreal with an insatiable need to draw. Traditional tattoo imagery comes off the brush and out of the kiln in forms of plates and pots. Montreal's @fever_visions have been kicking around DIY punk scenes for years, and their debut LP "This Place Is Full of Noises" brings a lot of that history together. We're talking restless post-punk with old-school punk riffs, shoegaze, goth and plenty of weird little turns. Good stuff from a trio who clearly don't want every song to sound the same.

The band have played all sorts of mixed gigs around Montreal, sharing bills with hardcore, shoegaze, psych and sludge acts. For their debut, they headed into the legendary Hotel2Tango with Howard Bilerman, re-recording six older songs alongside six new ones. We got chatting about their early punk bands, basement gigs, the local scene, making music together and even a bit of Shakespeare behind the album title.

There's a whole lot more to their story, including some great memories from Montreal and Manitoba's DIY underground. The full feature is now up on IDIOTEQ🕳️com
