the more life experiences i go through, the more i realize how powerful it is to have faith in yourself.

it’s about trusting yourself enough to know that whatever comes your way, you’ll learn, adapt and figure things out along the way.

a little reflection from my morning today. 🤍

Before you chase the next goal, ask yourself what you actually want all of this to give you.

Because it’s so easy to keep moving the finish line.

More success.
More money.
More growth.
More achievements.

But more only means something when you know what you’re building towards.

For me, it’s freedom and impact.

Freedom to choose how I live, how I spend my time, what I build, and what my days look like.

And impact knowing that something I create can genuinely help someone, inspire someone, or change something for the better.

Your answer might be completely different.

Maybe it’s family.
Maybe it’s security.
Maybe it’s peace.
Maybe it’s choice.

But before you keep chasing the next thing, make sure you know why you want it in the first place.

maybe you’re not bad at it. maybe you’re just at day one. 🤍

i was sitting at my desk today thinking about this because tonight i’m speaking at a women’s event where part of the conversation is around technology.

the funny thing is… i came from zero tech background.

today, i work in fit-tech. i build apps, websites, subscriptions, digital products and businesses around technology things i once had absolutely no idea how to do.

and public speaking it’s even worse 😂 i used to be terrified of it. i would prepare every single word because i was so scared of forgetting what to say.

tonight, i’m not even memorizing a full script.

not because i suddenly became naturally good at it.

i practiced.

and i think we’re sometimes way too quick to tell ourselves:

“i’m not good at this.”
“i’m not a tech person.”
“i’m not confident.”
“i could never do that.”

when really… you might just be new.

everyone has a day one.

you’re allowed to be a beginner.
you’re allowed to not know what you’re doing yet.
you’re allowed to learn as you go.

just don’t let “i don’t know how” become the reason you never find out what you’re capable of.

learn it. practice it. keep showing up.

you might be surprised by who you become along the way. 🤍

Fitness has honestly given me so much more than a body I’m proud of. 🥺 When I look back at the last 13 years, I think the biggest transformation actually happened in the way I live my life.

Training taught me discipline, showed me how to show up even when I don’t feel like it.

It taught me consistency because doing something once means very little. It’s what you keep doing that eventually changes you.

It taught me patience something I definitely didn’t naturally have 😂 because you can’t rush strength, progress or real results.

And probably the biggest one… courage.

Courage to do things differently. To step outside of what was expected of me. To choose my own path even when I didn’t know exactly where it was going to lead.

And somewhere along the way, I realized I was taking all of those lessons out of the gym with me.

Into my work.
Into building businesses.
Into the decisions I make.
Into the woman I’ve become.

That’s why fitness will always be my foundation. 🤍

It was never just about changing my body.

discipline. consistency. patience. courage.

Which one are you working on the most in this season of your life?

I see so many people holding themselves back, waiting for that magical moment when they finally feel “100% ready” or “confident enough” to start.

But then Confidence isn’t something you wait for it’s something you build.

When I started my journey 13 years ago:
❌ I didn’t have a perfect body condition
❌ I didn’t know how to speak comfortably on camera
❌ I didn’t have financial abundance or all the answers
If I had waited until I felt ready, I would still be sitting in the exact same spot today.

Here is the exact equation I live by:
✨ Action → Collect Evidence → Build Confidence ✨

You don’t need confidence to take action. You take action first, prove to yourself that you can do hard things, collect that evidence step-by-step and that is how real, unbreakable confidence is born.

Stop waiting to feel ready. Take one small action today, start collecting your evidence, and watch your confidence grow. 🔥

still thinking about this evening 🤍 such a special experience getting to sit alongside these incredible women and share a little bit of my own journey, the lessons I’ve learned and the things I’m still learning along the way 🥹🩷

I loved hearing everyone’s stories too. Different journeys, different chapters, but so many little reminders that I know a lot of us needed to hear.

A big thank you to the organizers and founder Mya @myaphonesint @growthsessionmyanmar for bringing us all together and my team mate panelists Kyawst @k.s.t.z.e.e & ma @yeemonthant creating the space for conversations like this and to my girls, community warriors and everyone who came, listened, supported and said hi afterwards 🥹🤍

So grateful I got to be a small part of it. Here’s to all of us building whatever our next chapter looks like ✨

Growth is learning what to change and what to never lose. We talk so much about becoming a new version of ourselves that sometimes we forget growth doesn’t mean rejecting everything about who we used to be.

Some habits need to change.
Some patterns need to be broken.
Some boundaries need to become stronger.

But your kindness, your heart, your intuition, your softness, your core values those parts don’t always need to disappear just because you’re becoming stronger.

Maturity isn’t becoming less emotional or less human.

It’s learning how to carry those parts of yourself with more balance, more self-awareness and stronger boundaries.

Some parts of who you were are worth carrying into who you’re becoming. 🤍
