What is this sensation?
Can I put words to it if I try?
If I so dare,
will my words be a fabrication,
or a valiant effort?

I doubt so amidst my conditioning.
For I only know things by association,
and through a limited lens.

And so, perhaps,
I merely observe the feeling . . .
And then forget to do so.
So I may know truly.
And forgo fabricating my experience of it.
And in doing so,
Become limitless.

In 2018 I ran 5km in 55 minutes on a flat road.
Now I do the same distance through the hills of KZN in 37 minutes.
In 2023 I only did 20 minutes of yoga a day.
Today I:
Ran: 5.25km (personal best)
Sprints: 15 (personal best)
Plyometrics - 110 box jumps (PR):
On to a 75 cm block:
20 Reps Standard Vertical
20 Reps Standard Vertical
20 Reps Lateral (5 tile gap) to Standard Vertical
20 Reps Box to Burpee
Then I dropped down to the 61 cm block:
5 Reps Box to Burpee
15 Reps Speed Jumps
10 Reps Speed Jumps
Finished with 65min quad and calf session, pushing every set to failure. taken in Shelly Beach, Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa by @emrelsalter
