Mental health has always been a quiet conversation in my life. This piece/exhibition was the first time I talked about it out loud. Art has allowed me to express the little world that exists within me and has held my hand as I go through life <3

Create, in what ever way feels right to you. Don’t worry about it being “good” or “bad”. Honor yourself by expressing your inner world 🌎
