🎉💖 HAPPY 1-YEAR BARIATRIC SURGIVERSARY TO ME! 💖🎉

86 POUNDS DOWN and loving every moment of this journey! 🙌🏽💪🏽✨

One year ago, I made a life-changing decision to invest in ME, my health, my happiness, and my future! ❤️

Although I haven’t reached my 100-pound weight-loss goal just yet, I am incredibly proud of how far I’ve come! This journey has taught me that success isn’t just about the number on the scale. It’s about developing healthier eating habits, making better lifestyle choices, gaining confidence, and becoming a healthier, happier version of myself! 🦋

I’ve learned to celebrate my progress, embrace the process, and give myself grace along the way. I’m not where I want to be just yet, but I’m definitely not where I started! 🙏🏽

86 pounds gone, 14 more to my goal, and a lifetime of healthier living ahead of me! 💕

Here’s to growth, discipline, self-love, and never giving up on yourself! 🥂✨

Happy 1-Year Surgiversary to ME! 🎊

POV: You just realized you’re officially an EMPTY NESTER! 💃🏽🎉🥂

For the last 20+ years, mornings meant getting kids up and ready for school, working full-time, coming home to cook dinner, helping with homework, and doing it all over again the next day.

But THIS school year? 🤏🏼😂
I don’t have to do ANY of that!

Both of my kids are officially young adults, and Mama is DONE with the school-year routine! 🎉🙌🏽

So if you see me dancing in the park this morning… MIND YOUR BUSINESS! 😂💃🏽 I earned this!

Me too 😆😆

Cheers 🥂 to all the parents still getting up early, packing lunches, doing drop-offs, helping with homework, and putting in the work. Your day is coming! 😂❤️

As for me… welcome to my #EmptyNesterEra! 🥂💃🏽✨

I just received my #sheswaistedshapewear #sheswaistedsaunabodysuit I love the way it feels on my body. I am ready for my next day at the gym. Just being comfortable in workout gear gives you the motivation to get to the #gym what y’all think. I am 188lbs and I got a large because I plan to loose about 15 more pounds and wanted a snug fit! Thank you @sheswaisted for this amazing suit! by @emthairart

That moment when “you” can put on a pair of jeans and tuck your shirt in is insane! It’s the simple things that I look forward to on this weight loss journey! #bariatriccommunity #TrustTheProcess #loveyoU #vsgcommunity by @emthairart
