I am love. You are love. We are love.

This was the best weekend of my entire life. I just want to thank each and every soul I met this weekend. Your light, love, generosity, and genuine spirits will never leave me.

To lex and jade, you are both exactly where you need to be in the universe. Your talent brought tears to my eyes the whole weekend. Year 1 is going to be hard to beat. Thank you for creating a space that allowed us to love and feel however we needed. The friends I have made because of you have changed my life.

Words will never be able to express the weekend I had in the woods with 100 of my new lifelong friends. Just know I am forever grateful for each and every one of you and I love you with everything I got.

I am forever grateful for this piece of fabric. I got into flowstar at the end of 2023, and have been going strong ever since. I got the opportunity to start a flow group up in flagstaff @flagflowmies and somehow have fallen even more in love with flowing. I have met the best flowmies and absolutely love having new people stop by to learn a trick or two. The community is so incredibly welcoming and I’m lucky enough to get the chance to spread the love and beauty of flow! This star is taught me discipline and how to find a state of peace between my body and my mind.

Massive thanks to @woodlums_ for getting me up on a stage for my first flow performance. (Slide 2) bigggg love🫶🏼 taken in Flagstaff, Arizona by @emweinhold
