HELLO!!!!

yesterday, my brother & i got baptized at Mercy church and, i think i can speak for both of us when i say it was the best decision that we have EVER made! ᕙ(`▽´)ᕗ

if you told me 3 months ago that I finally found a church to call home, a congregation to call family, a spark for Jesus like I’ve never had before AND that I got baptized .. in all honesty, I don’t know if I’d believe you.

i’ve prayed and prayeddd for a community like this one and for my heart, my soul, my whole being to be on fire for the Lord and holy cow did he deliver!

for truly the first time EVER, i can finally and confidently say that i have given my whole self; my whole life to Him, and that i have ZERO doubts about His plans for me in this life. everything i am, everything i have, everything i do, it all belongs to Him.

i have never been more excited about anything in my entire life. Jesus has filled the gaping hole of fear, loneliness, anxiety, doubt, etc. in me that i have been trying to fill on my own for years and years. i no longer feel the need to have other people’s approval or to make sure im liked by everyone or to be anything that i am not. i am His; He chooses me over and over and over again!

i pray that my testimony/this post resonates with someone in some way, shape or form. no matter what you’re going through, there is a God who loves you, endlessly and unconditionally.

better late than never (to post lol) ⭐️🤓

we did it?! still hasn’t really set in that i graduated … I. GRADUATED.

Savannah and SCAD truly gave me the best, most memorable years of my life. i learned so much during my time at SCAD — about photography, life, myself, others, etc. i am who i am today because of SCAD, all of my friends, all of the people that i’ve met and all of my professors.

life is wild. i’ve made countless mistakes and have learned from each and every one. each one has made me stronger, more resilient and knowledgeable. i am grateful for these mistakes and the lessons that i have learned. God really does work in mysterious ways.

thank you to every single professor and mentor that i have had during my 4 years at SCAD, but i want to give a special shoutout to @tom_sanders_photography @populationyou @rebeccanolanphoto for always, ALWAYS pushing me to not only be a better artist and student, but a better person. a more passionate person. each of you have taught me countless lessons that i will carry with me for the rest of my life. y’all also just made my experience at SCAD even more enjoyable and memorable!!!

i am going to miss this school and all of its wonderful, unique, beautiful peopleee!!!!!!!!! change is tough — i miss my friends and my little apartment and the trees and the beach and the comfortable routine of class, but i am so excited for what comes next. and, thanks to SCAD, i know that i can face any challenge head on!!

i am so blessed to have been able to attend this school and to meet all of the amazing people that are now my friends for life!!

God is SO good!

so far, 2026 has been filled with new beginnings, new friendships, challenges and unanswered questions, blessings, prayers answered to extents beyond my wildest dreams, love and laughter. (oh & lil sis got her license!!!)
