What’s the craziest outfit your kid has put together??

Guess who didn’t wear a diaper until bedtime last night?! 🥳🎉🙌

His teacher said he hasn’t had ANY accidents at school either, and he even rode the bus home without a diaper! 🥹❤️

I’m SO proud of my little dude. These might seem like small things to some people, but for us, this is HUGE. 🥹

And tomorrow this guy turns 6 YEARS OLD! 🎂🥳

Slay started saying 'buh bye' this month-and he means it
After over a year of researching and waiting, we finally got his prescription for leucovorin this week!
Praying this is another step forward for him!

I can't believe this only took me 4 hours started off with K18 Hair then i went in with 7.17 majirel L’Oréal Professionnel 10 volume at the roots because i wanted a subtle lift and 30 everywhere else. i popped in a few foils for dimension.. styled with @wavytalkofficial grande for a perfect blowout look without breaking my back and wrist!

Waitlists… something no one really prepares you for.

We started this journey when Slay was 18 months old.
We knew. We saw it, we felt it… but knowing and getting answers are two very different things.

So we waited.
And waited.

He was finally diagnosed at 35 months.

I remember walking into that appointment thinking..this is it.
This is when things start getting better.
This is when he finally gets the help he needs.

But no one tells you what happens after.

You leave with a diagnosis… and a list.
A list of therapies, services, supports…
and more waitlists.

And suddenly you’re right back where you started waiting.
Only now you know… and that somehow makes it even harder.

It felt overwhelming.
It felt helpless.
Now you know your child needs support so badly… and we still have to just sit and wait?

This part of the journey isn’t talked about enough.
The in-between.
The “we see you, but we can’t help you yet.”
And this video was taken in our in-between.. the many months of my son doing these dangerous things and i couldn’t stop him.
If you’re in this stage right now… I see you.
You’re not alone in this wait 🤍
