For the cover story, @mmmarckrause photographed @elektrotrucker Tobias Wagner on a very rainy day, prepping for this extraordinary trip: He is embarking on the first global circumnavigation with a battery-electric @daimlertruck
Follow him on his adventures in a long-haul Mercedes-Benz eActros 600 over 35 countries, covering around 45,000 kilometers, requiring a maximum of 80 charging stops. Good luck! 🚚🛣️🙂

So, we produced a hot story at the famous "Harley Days“ in Austria. 🔥🏍️📸

Watch the BTS reel if you want to see how it looks like when 40 000 bikers and even more visitors gather around a lake to celebrate their lifestyle made out of leather and chrome.

Hell, we found the clichés around bike culture but also had unexpected encounters, interesting conversations about the future of biking and observed a community remarkably diverse in background, yet aesthetically cohesive. A fever dream.

Car & Culture united! 🚘🎨

For the first time ever, all 20 BMW Art Cars are exhibited together at the @bmwwelt in Munich. Artworks by Calder, Warhol, Stella, Lichtenstein, Rauschenberg, Holzer and many more, eternalized on various BMW‘s.
It is pretty cool, even for non-petrolheads (me).

I‘ve been involved with various BMW Art Car projects over the years. But this time the main (art)-work was done by @franziska_goppold from @studio__butik who created fabolous campaign posters for the exhibit.
They are now hanging all over town, looking great!

I can recommend taking the opportunity to view the unique cars, envisioned by iconic artists (for free!🙂)if you‘re in town this summer.

The new issue of @edison_media is out now! 🚘
A magazine focused on electromobility, future mobility and energy transition.

I recently joined this project thanks to the amazing @janameierroberts___ad and got to do some nice photo productions.
The techy topics are mostly told from a human perspective- thankfully from a creative perspective. 😆

@jann.hoefer shot the fantastic cover story with @peter_wohlleben - he kindly showed us his cribs & car 🚙 🥀

@ilkay_karakurt took images of chairs and people talking ev charging in chairs (take this Bad Bunny!)

@tanya.korn created fantastic illustrations on complex topics

The first image is an alternative cover, the last image the actual print cover. Take your pick. 🙂

Spending the summer at a beautiful lake is usually a good idea. I can recommend this one: the Wörthersee in Austria ⛵️🐟🏊‍♀️🍹

If you know your way around Munich, there’s a good chance you know @tim.ibrahim.yilmaz and his Mariposa Boxing Club.

Tucked between bodegas, shawarma restaurants and greengrocers in Munich’s multicultural Bahnhofsviertel, Mariposa B.C. has become a staple of the city’s local cultural scene – and a second home to boxers from all walks of life.

The club combines serious, technically focused boxing training with a strong sense of community, social ethos, and a distinct cultural identity. To many, it feels less like a traditional gym and more like a creative hub where sport, style and belonging come together.

Since its founding in 2018, Mariposa B.C. has helped aspiring fighters find their path in the sport while supporting seasoned athletes in becoming better versions of themselves. It has also become a space for creative collaboration and social initiatives rarely found in a boxing gym.

Yılmaz’s personal journey to the ring is perhaps the defining influence behind Mariposa’s reputation. A geologist by training, his unique blend of idealism, professionalism, dedication and social awareness has inspired people both inside and beyond the gym, helping foster a sense of belonging that is increasingly rare in modern sport. 🦋🦋🦋
