We didn’t start out building this together.

Cass spent years managing a photography studio — talented, certified, and completely unfulfilled. She didn’t own the rights to her own work. She couldn’t take on clients outside the studio’s walls. There was no room to grow, only to maintain.

Eli, meanwhile, was deep into a career in corporate finance — successful on paper, but far from the lifelong passion for art and fashion he never had time to chase.

Then the pandemic hit, and everything shifted. We found each other — first as partners in life, then in business. We started creating for brands and institutions like Accenture, OnDeck, and universities such as Columbia. But somewhere in that work, we found what we were really chasing: fashion.

From there, we built our network from the ground up. Trained under industry elites. Studied the market obsessively. Sharpened our craft, year after year, together.

What started as a business has become something bigger to us — a way to give back to the creative community that shaped who we are, and help others grow the way we did.

Fashion month closed in style as @kiyomiskin_US and @asato_kitamura joined forces at @princeteahouse_eastvillage to celebrate Japanese craftsmanship.

An intimate, invite-only evening filled to capacity, where guests enjoyed tea, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and desserts, while being among the first to discover KIYOMI’s 5-ALA Radiance Booster Serum.

Then came the dramatic violin solo, which seamlessly transitioned into ASATO’s showcase — a study in emotion, movement, and modern Japanese design.

Every detail was designed to create a memorable experience — one that lasts beyond the evening.
