One month of Encore! 🩵

A big thank you to everyone who has stopped by to try our signature coffees, unique -86°C frozen-glass drinks and house-made sweets over the past month!

We’re so happy to bring something a little different to the local community, and even happier to see you all enjoying it.

It’s been a busy, exciting first month, full of familiar faces, new friendships and lots of coffee.

We’re still learning, growing and finding our feet, but we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome.

Here’s to many more coffees, sweet moments and good times together.

Much love,
The Encore team

Romanticising solo dates, one bite and sip at a time. 🍵🌸

Two macarons, a rose matcha and a little −86°C magic. ❄️

No rushing, no waiting on anyone, just sunshine, sweet treats and enjoying my own company. Because why should romantic dates always involve someone else? 🤍

🍵❄️ A drink served in a -86°C glass?! 👀🤯

Perth foodies, this one’s worth checking out! 😍 We tried the viral chilled drinks at Encore in Nedlands, where coffee and matcha are served in glasses chilled to -86°C! ☕💚

This might be one of the coolest ways to enjoy your coffee.

At the new @encore.nedlands, this viral frozen “dirty” coffee is served in a glass chilled to -86 degrees celsius, filled it with a house-made milk mixture and topped with a double shot of ristretto.

Owner Angela Feng discovered the drink at Melbourne cafe Regulars and has brought it back to Perth, with the option to swap the coffee for ceremonial matcha.

The café also has some amazing house-made baked treats on offer, so there’s plenty to pair with your drink.

Find them at 19A Broadway, Nedlands, Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm and weekends 7:30am - 3pm.

I ordered the homemade beef sausage roll 🐄🍅. For drinks, got the -86 Matcha Latte ❄️🍵and -86 Magic ❄️☕️

🧊❄️ came here on saturday morning around 8am during rush hour and it was sooo busy 🤩! had a lively ambience with lots of people coming in and out.

The homemade beef sausage roll; flaky pastry with a generous amount of meat filling! you could see the carrot, parmesan cheese and onion throughout which added lots of flavour. served with a BBQ and Worcestershire sauce that paired really well with the sausage roll.

The -86 matcha latte; double ristretto layered over homemade silky vanilla milk, served in their signature -86 glass. the sweet condensed milk coffee notes reminded me of vietnamese coffee hehehe. loved mixing the drink with the ice at the bottom! the -86 magic; silky vanilla milk, earl grey, and ceremonial matcha, also served in their signature -86 glass. had a stronger earl grey flavour, making it quite tea-forward! mixing everything together with the ice at the bottom helped bring out the matcha taste too 🍵

Overall i loved the concept and definitely keen to try more of their hyped drink varieties next time! ♡❄️ thank you @encore.nedlands ˖ ᡣ𐭩 ⊹ ࣪ ౨ৎ˚₊

Two weeks of Encore 💙

We’ve loved seeing so many of you come through our doors, stop in for a coffee and say hello. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and all the support over our first couple of weeks!

Here’s to many more ☕️ by @encore.nedlands

PERTH HAS -86°C COFFEE & MATCHA NOW?! 🥶☕️💚

And it’s the FIRST of its kind in Perth 👀

I first came across -86°C drinks while we travelling in Thailand 🇹🇭, so I couldn’t believe we now have this right here in Perth!

At @encore.nedlands , the glass comes out at -86°C, then they add the milk, whisk the matcha fresh and pour it straight in, And of course, they make the coffee version too ☕️

The whole process is honestly so satisfying to watch.

Plus, they have house-made carrot cake, pastries and other treats if you’re after something sweet with your coffee 🍰

Okay… would you actually try a -86°C coffee or matcha? 👀

we found a sport in Nedlands doing something that perth hasn’t seen before❄️

@encore.nedlands takes their coffee and matcha down to -86 degrees, and yes, you can taste the difference.

-86 coffee: smooth, clean and properly cold without being watered down
-86 matcha: rich, earthy and just as smooth as the coffee

a small, easygoing soot near the UWA campus. the kind of place you’d swing by between classes and end up coming back to.
