POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

We never would have thought it possible to go back and remake work we once dreamed about, uncovering lost art and forgotten gems along the seasons, if you hadn’t emboldened us to do so.

The original concept for Encore was experience and one-on-one human connection. We are re-envisioning the joy of going out again.

RED is about to be yours, but it has always been Encore’s.

Tonight, we begin again.

This Is It, I’ve Had Enough.

One of four new ‘Encore Experiences’, designed to go beyond the glass and heighten every sense.

Olive oil washed Belvedere vodka. House vermouth. Olive bitters. Tomato and basil oil.

And yes, caviar.

Served alongside caviar and crème fraîche olives, because sometimes a martini should be more than a martini.

Maybe we got lost in translation. Maybe we asked for too much. Maybe you just need a cocktail.
