Corbin Allred is back as Scrooge, Adam Cheney beside him as Jacob Marley and the Ghost of Christmas Present, on stage with the cast every night of the run. You don’t watch the pros. You work with them.

Encore’s Emerging Artists production for ages 7 to 14, opening November 19 at the Electric Theater.

Vocal auditions: Monday, September 21, 5:30 to 9:30pm

Dance call and callbacks: Tuesday, September 22, 5 to 9pm

Six classes. One showcase. Fall registration is open.

Tap. Jazz. Hip hop. Improv. Musical theatre foundations. And a monthly audition workshop for the performers getting ready to walk into a room and book it.

Most classes run September through December and end together on the Electric Theater stage - because training should lead somewhere.

Mondays through Saturdays, ages 7 and up, every class taught by a working professional.

FROM THE PAGE... TO THE TUACAHN STAGE

Big news for our Les Mis Page to Stage workshop: Rachel Schoenecker, Cosette in Les Miserables at Tuacahn, is joining us in person TOMORROW at the Electric Theater!

Our young artists will dive into the themes of Les Mis, hear what it’s really like inside a professional rehearsal room, ask Rachel anything about her career path in a live Q&A, and work through a character development activity they can use on every role they ever play.

Then Wednesday night, we take the whole group to Tuacahn to watch her bring Cosette to life under the stars.

This is what Page to Stage is all about: studying a masterpiece one day, watching the pros perform it the next.
