A little peek into the wine-making process of @romaindesgrottes ! Volume up for natural wine ASMR + and stick around till the last slide for some immaculate vibes. ✨

“Romain des Grottes and his wife Perrine Stas live in the Beaujolais region, in Saint-Étienne-des-Oullières, where they grow Gamay, Chardonnay and hybrid grape varieties on Romain’s grandfather’s land.

Both passionate about biology and biodiversity, they also cultivate all sorts of plants, herbs and flowers in their garden, pushing back the limits of traditional viticulture...”

We still have tickets available at the link in bio but they’re going fast !🔗 💚

We have SO many talented producers coming to the fair this year. Rocklands Farm Winery from Poolesville, Maryland is Back!

Here’s what they have to say about making wine thier way:

“We bring joy to the process. It’s hard work, but it’s also a lot of fun. We like to goof around the cellar, shake our booties and make up dances to music, or bring out tons of friends and volunteers to help pick grapes.

A lot of times we feel like kids in a candy store; we’re so lucky to be able to grow, create, and make wines that can be involved in special times in your life. We hope you can feel that joy in the wine.

Ultimately, we believe this light-handed, joyful approach to our production makes for more lively and interesting wines allowing them to be more transparent of time and place and celebrating the variations that come with each vintage.”

Get ready to taste the joy from @rocklandsfarm !

Tickets still available at the link in bio! 🔗 💚

Encounter is approaching! 👀 As we get closer to the wine fair, we highly recommend that you practice and become comfortable with spitting while you taste!

It will enhance the whole experience and provide longevity for getting to taste more than you otherwise would.

Simply swirl the glass, hold your nose overtop and take in the aromas.

Take a sip, swish it all around your mouth, hold the paper cup below your lip, and spit like you would water in the shower, pretending to be a lovely Roman fountain.

What are the flavors left behind?

Can’t wait to sip ’n spit with all of you &
make sure you snag your tickets soon!

Link in Bio 💚
