LA friends!
I’m playing my first concert since moving here, and it means the world to be doing it at the iconic Hotel Cafe on October 9th at 7PM.

I’ll also be performing the album I just recorded in Ireland — for the first time ever.

This is the only show I’m playing this year, and I’d be so grateful to share it with you.

Tickets in my bio — come be part of this special night 💗

Strange Boy’s new single “Dionysus” is out now, the final single before the album drops on the 23rd of September.

Borrowing its name from the Greek god of wine and revelry, Dionysus is the most buoyant track on the record, a moment of celebration to close out a story that’s carried a lot of weight.

Link to all platforms is in the Bio.

WOW.

My experience of @burningman was truly incredible.

So healing to return to a state of pure childlike play with my fellow humans. It didn’t feel like there was a single person I couldn’t befriend. Nobody I couldn’t play with, joke with, laugh with, or go deep with.

With nothing to buy or sell once you enter, and no social hierarchies, it’s amazing to see how differently humans behave and treat each other. It was deeply inspiring to live in a world, even just for a week, where we rely on ourselves and still give and receive freely from each other, with joy and without expectation.

It was also a place of deep work for me. Remembering to be fully aware in the present moment. Trusting that the moment in front of me is the right one. Discerning the different paths of action available, and then taking one. Those realizations came in workshops at @amazonecamp .

And it’s the best gallery on earth. The art was nothing short of breathtaking. So was watching people dance. So was watching people care for each other.

So much love. So much joy. So much adventure. So much fun. Three incredible sunrises. Countless beautiful connections. So many smiles, so many laughs, so many inspired thoughts. Synchronicities too wild to bother retelling here.

I heard plenty about it being commercial now, about it not being what it used to be. As someone experiencing it for the first time, I didn’t witness any of that. What I experienced was profound, playful magic.

I’m motivated to create environments of that generosity and freedom of expression in my own communities.

Thank you to every beautiful person who touched me or adventured with me during this magical week. I feel so rich in life experience, and so thankful my life led me to a point where I could immerse myself in something like this.

Special thanks to my own camp, @cosmic.llamas . A beautiful place to base myself and adventure out from, and such a pleasure and an honour to lead a singalong after the Man burned. Deep gratitude to everyone in camp, and especially to those who put in the extra days building and tearing down.

Foul w/ @strangeboyeriu really feels like a song that’s been waiting to happen for thousands of years 🇮🇪
Traditional Irish music with a story of what it means and what it takes to come from here, as told by contemporary poets. The modern day seanchaí 🪉
His album Say Nothin’ is on the way and I think everyone needs to get behind it. This is a big moment for the culture of Ireland in general and I’m delighted to be a part of it 🙏
Big thanks to @endagallery and @w.t.t.n.w for putting all the pieces together and of course to all the amazing musicians playing on the song. Incredible, timeless, powerful stuff all around 💚 by @endagallery

FOUL FT: @rebel.phoenix out now

I don’t know how long I’ve been waiting to get this one out into the world, shout out to @rebel.phoenix for blessing me with the feature, I’ve been a fan of his for a good minute now, one of the best this country has ever produced fact about it🐐

This will be the last single before the album drops in September, it’s bittersweet as I’ll be taking a step back from making music after this year but what a blessing it’s been onto my life especially through all the people I’ve met over the years too many to name. I genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for all the opportunities given to me, an absolute privilege I appreciate you all. anyways go have a whack off the chune, godbless🫡

Happy New Year my friends 🤍

My friend Grace Wells and I just released a collection of guided meditations called Loving Awareness.
We made them over the past couple of years in County Clare. It was a beautiful process, and I think you’ll be able to feel that in the work.

I know our hope is that it brings some peace to you.

The first meditation, I Am Loving Awareness, was created as a tribute to Ram Dass - for moments of stillness, tenderness, and remembering what really matters.
As a gift for the new year, you can listen to I Am Loving Awareness free on YouTube. The full collection (4 meditations, 45 minutes) is available on Bandcamp.
Link in bio.
