There’s SO much more to a wedding than a color palette, Pinterest board, style guide, or rendered image. Actually bringing that design to life, and making sure it looks the way we said it would, comes down to the quality of every single piece that goes into it.

That’s exactly why we love managing the full production of our weddings. From the initial design and color palette to draping, event lighting, ceiling installations, custom builds, and even graphic design (yes, we do all of our own!), we’re able to oversee how everything comes together from beginning to end. And so much of it, we actually do ourselves. We install our own ceiling, draping and lighting. We create our own custom pieces. We design our own graphics. Keeping so much of the production within our team means we have control over the quality and, just as importantly, fewer details get lost between different vendors and companies.

Fewer hands in the pot means we know exactly what the end result is supposed to look like, and our team is on the exact same page making sure it gets there.

Nine years ago, I took a leap of faith and started Endearing Events with one goal: to create weddings that people would never forget.

Over the years, I discovered that the part I loved most wasn’t checking timelines or logistics; it was dreaming up the details. The florals. The candlelight. The textures. The moments that make people stop and say, “Wow.”

All this time I’ve said, I wish I could add floral to our services. But the timing wasn’t right. Then I met Marianthi Pantelakis. She is an incredibly talented florist with years of experience, a heart for serving couples, and a creative vision that felt so familiar to my own. The more we worked together, the more we realized we weren’t just creating beautiful weddings…we were creating something bigger.

Today, we’re so excited to introduce Endearing Events by A&M. A partnership between two woman who are passionate about perfect events full of beauty, details, florals, and all things good.

Together, we’re bringing luxury florals, event design, production, lighting, draping, rentals, and custom installations together under one roof so we can create celebrations that are as beautiful as they are unforgettable.

To every couple who has trusted me over the last nine years, I can’t thank you enough. You helped build the foundation that brought us here. And to the couples who are just finding us, we can’t wait to create something extraordinary with you.

Safe to say this espresso-inspired afternoon was one to remember ☕️✨

This beautiful bridal shower was a display shower, so I wanted to create an experience that felt unique, intentional, and memorable for the guests. This led me to the idea of an espresso martini making class that encouraged everyone to mingle, learn, and celebrate together!

As a planner, I love incorporating interactive elements that allow the hosts to truly enjoy the day as well. When the entertainment is built into the celebration, it creates a natural flow and gives guests something fun to experience beyond simply watching gifts be opened 🥂

Render ➡️reality.

From what you see in a rendering to what’s sitting on the table on your wedding day, we care about making sure the reality lives up to the vision. We care about every little detail and giving you the quality wedding you expect. When we design a wedding, we don’t just show you the big picture. We include the details, too. Angela oversees the graphic design portion of our wedding days, creating each piece to work within the overall design, showing samples for approval, and then taking those pieces all the way through production.

Once everything is printed, it comes back into our hands. We inspect the quality, make sure the paper, color and finish are exactly what we envisioned, and then our team handles the finishing and assembly in-house. Sometimes that quite literally means an X-Acto knife in hand, trimming and assembling pieces one by one. Maybe it seems like a lot of attention for something as small as a menu, place card or piece of signage, but we genuinely believe those details matter. They’re another layer of the overall design, and when every single piece feels intentional, the entire wedding feels that much more elevated.

What Instagram doesn’t show you is that there’s a ton of work behind the pretty. Every wedding we produce starts with a vision and a design, and then comes the part where it is actually brought to life.

In addition to creating the design and overseeing it from beginning to end, our team handles so much of the actual production behind that vision, including draping, lighting, ceiling installations, custom details, rentals, steaming,
styling and about a million little things you’ll never see in the finished photos.

We also work alongside our vendor team, with each vendor bringing their own craft and expertise to their portion of the day. As planners and designers, it’s our job to keep our eyes on the entire picture and make sure every one of those pieces works within the overall vision. That means meeting after meeting, reviewing details, asking questions and sometimes going back to the drawing board more than once. Whether it’s florals, rentals or another design element, we stay involved until the details feel right and align with what was envisioned from the beginning.

The finished room may look effortless, but behind it is our crew hauling, hanging, building, styling, problem-solving and making a thousand tiny decisions along the way for the overall design to come to life.

So many talented hands play a part in bringing a wedding to life. Our job is to take that little seed of an idea in our heads and carry it all the way through, making sure every piece comes together to create the bigger picture we imagined from the start.

Last year, before Madison and David were even engaged, Madison’s mom reached out and told me she had been following our work and knew that when the time came, she wanted us to be part of her daughters wedding. Fast forward a year, and we had the absolute privilege and honor of planning, designing and producing their entire day from beginning to end.

From the invitations and linens to the florals selections, rentals, ceiling installation and every little detail in between, we were able to create the wedding as one complete vision. That’s what makes being involved in the full process so special. Every single feels connected, intentional and completely their own.

Watching a year’s worth of ideas and planning come together tonight was pretty incredible. It was beautiful, it was full of life, and it was even better than we imagined.
