Have you ever heard of this?

Laundry stripping is used to get rid of left over detergent, fabric softener, minerals from hard water and natural body oils that have collected over time.

You will need :

-Capful of Thieves Household Cleaner
-1/4 cup Borax
-1/4 cup Natural Washing Soda
-1/4 cup Thieves Laundry Soap

Mix that all together in hot water & add in clothes or sheets and let soak for approx 5 hours (until water completely cools down) while stirring it around once every hour!

Then wash and dry your stuff like normal! by @endless.mercies

E A S Y. Y U M M Y. P A S T A.

- 1.5-2 cups fresh tomatoes
- 1-2 medium zucchini
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 head of garlic
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- salt to taste
- 1/4-1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- fresh basil (any amount you want)
- any noodle you like (spaghetti type noodles work best for me) & save some pasta water for the sauce

1. Boil noodles
2. Slice onion, garlic & zucchini
3. Rinse tomatoes
4. Chop basil
5. Sauté onion, garlic & tomatoes in avocado oil & butter until tomatoes start to pop
6. Add zucchini in with tomato, onion & garlic when garlic is fragrant
7. This is the time to add in your garlic powder, pepper and salt
8. Set aside about 1 cup of pasta water
9. Drain noodles
10. Once tomatoes have almost finished popping you can add in your basil, some pasta water & lemon juice to start a sauce
11. When you have a sauce, add in your noodles
12. Mix them with the sauce
13. At this point try it & if you need a little more flavor add in a little more salt & lemon juice because that is what brings out the flavor
!!! You should be done now, top with some parmesan if you’d like and enjoy🤍

This salad changed the GAME for the rest of my life lol I can never eat a boring salad again😂

For this salad I used 3 different types of lettuce (you don’t NEED to do this) but wow it’s good.
I used butter lettuce, arugula and romaine. Then topped it off with feta, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives & used my own pickled red onions (okay wow, so easy and so good).
&& For the dressing I mixed together balsamic vinegar, avocado oil, pepper and oregano!

Hi cutie friends!!! This month I used it as a time to order lots of new products that I’ve wanted to try for awhile now, so I will explain each item a little bit.

Lavender - the oil that works for everything. This oil supports skin, sleep, emotions & is so yummy in lattes etc.
