FACTS! Only thing is I was fully diagnosed from 16 yrs. But still wasn’t early enough to save me from Stage 4. Ladies please see a gynecologist if you experience similar symptoms. Endometriosis is no joke. by @endostrength101_
The last photo is a pic of me before surgery. And the first three are me after! I’m so happy I had a successful surgery! Thank you to Dr. Spencer and his amazing medical team @baywestwellness_clinic @baywestwellness for standing by my side these last three weeks and facilitating and executing a successful surgery; I was told it wasn’t easy! As the scar tissues were much worse than we had expected. But with the love and all the prayers I’ve had; it had to be okay. The healing process starts now. I know my moms gonna kill me with cornmeal porridge. But happy and grateful my second Endo surgery was a success. Special shout out to @lasymba for the prayer session this morning from 5am. #ThankGod #endostruggles #postsurgery #letthehealingbegin #thankful #grateful #endometriosisjamaica #endometriosis #endoawareness by @endostrength101_
They asked @ahliebee to resign… because she was sick. 💔 Endometriosis is more than people think. It can affect your organs… even your ability to breathe. Her story is powerful. Her strength is even stronger. 🎙️ Full conversation on the @crazyjamaicanbwoy podcast. Link in bio. #endowarrior #endo #endoawareness #endoawarenessmonth #femaleempowerment by @endostrength101_
Sometimes our experiences aren’t so far fetched from the persons we interact with on a daily basis even the person/stranger you may be standing beside right now….we all go through trauma (at different levels), but we also have to keep living to overcome. Let’s continue to inspire and cultivate positive experiences from our mishaps! How do you do that on a daily? Share with me in the comments! #EndoAware #TivoliMuralProject by @endostrength101_
Little Red Riding Hood had to be one of the most popular fairy tales growing up. This is my analogy as a young woman with different perspectives. #ENDOAware🎗️ by @endostrength101_

Third Major Surgery under my belt at 25 and it wouldn’t be fair if I wasn’t honest. This one was just as rough and really the most scary. I’m planning on starting a YouTube this year which I’m hoping will be more interesting to watch than read but this is a storytime you CANNOT MISS. Much love and respect to my surgical team who did their best to literally save my life @drhalsall @dr_aldawes and Dr Spencer the sweetest anesthesiologist I’ve ever met 💕 also my loving family and friends i will never forget the love and support. Ever. Last but never least thank God for answering so many prayers that were sent up for me to pull through that operation. Ps: @artofsurgeryja your medical team is the best. by @endostrength101_
This one is for my drippy warriors! Everyone knows the usual drip story, we hate them all! But honestly with stage 4 endometriosis is no joke... these needles were like child’s play. So the next time you see or experience this remember the endowarriers. Can u guess how much sticks I got in the past 9days? PS i have not posted them all Winner gets a prize! Lol by @endostrength101_
