Here is the Story.....

The Celebrant has been a very good customer over the years and so it was her birthday🕺.....

Her husband called to order a surprise cake for her from us and everything was perfect.....some few hours later she called me to notify me of her birthday and she said she needed a cake...Haaaaa😱

In my head I had to put one and one together to process what her husband had called for earlier and her own call....all I could figure out was her husband saying '"i want a Surprise Birthday Cake" meaning she is not aware....ok

She(Celebrant)said picked this Same Cake her husband picked..💝I gave her the price and she exclaimed....me I explain how Nigeria dey do everybody abi..so she said she will calle back...

She called back to say I should forget about the cake..😱chai life of a Baker and Client sha...

I quickly called her husband at least let me know what's going on....and her(celebrant)husband said I would have told her I'm not around oh I have loads of orders etc🫢🫢just so she won't press forward...I know told him that she has already cancelled her own order🤣and we were good to go....

Meanwhile this was all happening two days to the Surprise Birthday....full payment was made and Cake was ready for delivery...

We got very close to the house for the delivery with The Cake and Saxophonist and just right at the Gate ,She was driving out for school runs....we quickly drove pass her car...and packed after the building....🤣(you see this surprise birthday eeehn if you see behind the scenes eeehn some are not funny I tell you)

After she drove off,we got into the house to wait patiently for her...see how the surprise now turned out perfect 🥰🥰💝💝

She arrived back to the house and as soon as she entered....Boom SURPRISEEE......🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎂🎷🎷🎷🎷🎷🎷

She was Stunned....She was Speechless..She was Indeed Surprised.......🎂🎂🎷🎷

MY BAKING SCHOOL JOURNEY PT.25

The Cake Decoration Station is always my happy place and using American Buttercream is one smooth soft work always.

I decided to create drapes on the cake and the finishing gladden my heart🫶🎂
