Good luck to @damien.pitt competing in his first Ironman 70.3 World Championships in Marbella Spain.

DP deserves all the accolade’s he can get. Whilst being a husband and father to two young girls, runs a very successful business he never misses a session. Hat’s off to you brother! It’s been a pleasure helping you get to this start line.

2XU Race 4 Sandringham

@joshhmchenryy - after two solid months on program the results are starting to show. Big couple of months coming up with Geelong 70.3 and Cairns Ironman.

@jamesthorstenson - 🥈M35-39 Victorian titles. Cracker start to the year for the duke, this result will likely see him earn a spot to race at the WC for New Zealand in Wollongong later this year.

@ando_1984 - rolled in with no fuss and no experience. Super brave effort to throw yourself in the deep end and have a crack. Looking forward to working together from here on in.

TAUPO 70.3 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS

@jamesthorstenson arrived in Taupo after a near perfect prep, and jeez did it show with his result. The duke is 2/2 when racing at WC level. Congratulations on another great race mate. You have got so much more to give in this sport and I’m looking forward to a big 2025 together. Before reloading for 2025, it’s time to celebrate on your return 🤝🏼

Of course thanks to @fusionmultisport for once again providing the best kit on course. Also to @carbonmafia for sorting the lad out with some fresh shoes for his bike!

Ironman 70.3 World Championships

This Sunday we’ve got @jamesthorstenson taking on his second Ironman 70.3 WC. JT or better known as the duke has had an outstanding back half of the year. After a 5th place at cairns which earned his spot at Taupo, the duke reset and has hit career best form with a recent PB at Melbourne. Back racing on home soil with family and friends supporting, he is ready to rock n roll.

Good luck brother! We’ll all be following on from across the ditch. Rip in 🐏🥝

Today, i was treating @bernmac07 from @endurance4performance. Bernie recently competed in kona, and his body had pulled up really, really well. we did a general osteo screening to identify any areas that had tension, tightness, imbalances.
we did a combination of dry needling, cupping, soft tissue massage and joint mobilizations to ensure we balanced him back out and prevented any future injuries and also improve his body's ability to recover. taken in Parkdale, Victoria, Australia by @endurance4performance
