I’m honored once again to join up with @kingdom.core to announce the official release (today) of -

Rhythmic Reciprocity

An Album that encompasses the experiences of ties being cut, depression, healing and God’s hands (and glory) in it all. In his time and way, only then is this possible.
Coming full circle to move forward.

The making of this album was quite challenging, on all fronts, but only through him, our lord, could this be brought out of me, to finalization. Christ is my salvation and carries me through it all. In this instance it may have been the long way around, and I’m grateful for it all.

Thank you @kingdom.core for your continued support and kingdom building through music that touches people hearts so furiously, often like fire. You’ve united some many of Christ’s followers through such an awesome idea (and page)!
I’m grateful you lend a hand to the smallest or more fringe artists like myself, in a quest to reach and grow this community, and to help get us heard by so many, it’s truly appreciated!

The album is out everywhere for steaming, a few music vids up on @for.the.rock (and/or my own) YouTube pages.
Each song rolls right to the next for nice continuity through the record, give a solid listen over on bandcamp -link in bio (with headphones). Hope you all enjoy!

Once again I’m thrill and honored to team up with @kingdom.core to announce the release of -
A Voice of Thunder, Unfathomable.
These songs are based off of my personal experiences with God and is my testimony, to those moments and to the Glory of the Almighty.
It was from Him and through me (with much prayer) these songs were possible. All Glory to God.

This release is up on bandcamp for free ( link in bio) .The lyrics video for A Voice of Thunder ( as seen here) can be found @for.the.rock YT page or mine.
Unfortunately I miss timed the full streaming distribution, so I’ll post when that’s up, I apologize truly.

I felt these two songs deserved their own space as for how impactful they and the inspiring moments of the songs, have been on me. And I was excited to release something of an old 45, with an A side B side take on it ( takes me back to being a little kid in the mall record stores). Both tracks will appear on the next album ( currently being worked on).

I can’t thank @kingdom.core enough for all his work and dedication to kingdom building through this community he’s been so blessed to build. And the outreach is just amazing!! I’m so blessed to even think of being included or even a tiny part.
All thanks and glory to Christ, our lord and savior. by @enduringrevery

I’m so happy and honored to team up with @kingdom.core (again) to announce -Staring Into Light - the new ep will be released 9/2724. It’s a thematic set of songs based on light and the lack thereof, which can so often be the feeling in this life. There is always a light in our darkest places.
Pre order on bandcamp will be live ( today shortly) and include both singles.
Thanks so much kingdomcore for your dedication and all you do to build this great community for the glory of God, through heavy music. You’re doing amazing things!!

Another little clip from the other night. I like the notes but not sure this pattern/ rhythm will be kept. That’s just how it goes often depending on what riffs are paired up together or how the song wants to flow. Little beba watching intently just out of frame, haha. I really want to get going on some of these parts in this tuning although I need to finish another song I’ve left sitting since the beginning of the year, haha. I got completely side tracked writing a new song when I tested out that new pedal. Plus trying to wrap up the ep. My work flow is not a straight line by any means but I do try to not to veer off to much and or far, as to not leave to much unfinished at one time ( I learned that lesson several years back). Having patience is key for me, which I’m not good at so often and it’s frustrating to I end, but my process is slow, and I do truly love doing it, just wish I could all the time, haha. Although the slowness is probably good, keeping my ears fresh and time to stew up ideas between sessions. Anyways enough rambling…

Not gonna lie… it’s been forever since I’ve just played guitar. It was really nice doing so last night. Plus spending some time fiddling around in this new tuning I’m trying out was cool, very challenging but also inspiring. I know it may seem ridiculous but yes I write heavy parts on the acoustic like this here riff, haha.

I know I’ve been quiet on here as far as posts, but I’ve been kinda on a break, not so intentionally, haha but that happens periodically. I’ll have updates on the next ep as things get finalized for release ( the ep it’s self is complete).

My homie Erik of @metanoiabanddc did the mastering last night and I received the file this morning. The ep is complete 💯!! Wooohooo!!! These songs have been along time coming, glad to see them all finished. I’ll be working on a release plan next, so I’ll update as things get closer to the drop(whenever that is, haha). #enduringrevery #christianmetal #newmusiccomingsoon by @enduringrevery

Happy to say I crossed the finish line with EP2!!! Onto mastering next. Also gotta a lot to figure out for releases/ singles and visuals( both art and video). So still plenty to do, but a little celebration moment, haha. These songs have had quite the journey and now in their 3rd and final iteration. I can’t wait to get this to out!
That’s the run time shown here.

Today’s session was vocals. Fortunately going in today everything was already mapped out with scratch tracks and one of the main parts finished. So mostly just adding in back ups, and some screaming. There was one big section I fully re-recorded. I also brought Mesza up to add her in on a couple parts. She has a section of her own in this track! It was a good day, and I think this one is a wrap( of course I’ll be listening this week to check). The Dutchman was hanging all day (except when I did my scream tracks).

Today’s bass tracking…. It’s a redo because once in a while garage band gets finicky about tempo changes and mutates the audio file. Got it down and locked in, so now the music is done!
I also tried something new today, by recording audio off of a video from my phone, from a field recording, graciously given to me by Justine Lenza. I used a lightning to 1/8 cable, slapped a 1/4 adapter on the end and into my di into the interface. Worked really well. I got to editing the full region into the best bits and I’m really happy this worked out!
As I’ve mentioned in the past, I always try something new on each song regardless of it being a tiny detail or a big idea. This new thing- always helps keeping the inspiration going and learning progressing.
And to add to all of this I was sitting here earlier contemplating this song and realizing it’s hitting close to the ten year mark that it’s been around, this now being its 3rd iteration. Crazy!!! But I’m definitely feeling like it’s the best version, so totally worth the journey. Still have vocals to finish up but it’s close.
