Diagnosed with #scoliosis at birth.
At 14, a major accident led to a year in a wheelchair and several surgeries.

She chose to fight back.
With commitment and #hardwork, she regained her strength, mobility, and flexibility.

This is what perseverance looks like.

Read her testimony below 👇

Testimonies

Two and a half months ago, I started training with Balkar. I was born with a spinal condition and had back surgery when I was very young.

When I was 14, I had a serious accident and spent a year in a wheelchair. I have also had multiple surgeries on both feet and have metal screws in both of them, which has limited my mobility, especially in my left ankle, as well as my balance and strength.
Despite all of this, I have always loved exercising and staying active, but I had never worked with a personal trainer before.

Thanks to Balkar, I have regained a lot of mobility, balance, and strength, especially in my left leg, and I can now do exercises that used to seem impossible for me. In just two and a half months, I have noticed an incredible improvement in both my physical performance and my body.

Balkar is a very professional, respectful, supportive, and motivating trainer. Every session is well planned, and in just one hour I achieve much more than I ever did training on my own. I am truly grateful for his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated personal trainer.

If fitness feels overwhelming right now and you’re looking for professional guidance, my DMs are open.
I’m here to help, and I’d love to see if I can support you. #strengthandconditioningcoach #personaltrainer #holistichealthcoach @with_love_every_day @energymwestealing by @energymwestealing

What if Fitness wasn’t about looking better…

What if it was about becoming stronger, healthier and more capable with every passing year?

This incredible woman has been training with me for years.

During that time she has completed marathons, ultra marathons and continued to raise the bar for what she believes she’s capable of 😍

But the thing that inspires me most isn’t the medals.

It’s her mindset.

She keeps showing up.
She keeps learning.
She keeps growing.

And because of that, she continues to prove that strength has no age limit.

One of my favourite lines from her review was:

✨ “My body feels stronger.”
✨ “I have no injuries.”
✨ “I am always having fun.”
✨ “My goals grow with age.”

That’s what fitness should be about.

Not shrinking.

Not slowing down.

Not accepting less.

But building a body and mind that allow you to keep saying YES to life ✨

Future you is being built by the choices you make today ❤️‍🔥
