Clean and sober today!! Oh wow, looking back, I was hopeless, guilty, ashamed, depressed, anxious… I was working in a job that was killing my soul. I was isolating myself in my one bedroom apartment and I was so lost, and using to cope. I made the decision to completely change my whole life for the chance at a better life. I gave up my job, my apartment, I took some time away from my favorite city and my friends. And I found myself… and God. I truly believe we need a higher power to keep us sane in this harsh humanly realm. Your higher power can be God, or The Universe, or even the ocean. As long as you believe in something. I could not have gotten sober without my higher power. It took giving up everything that made me comfortable and forcing myself into some of the most uncomfortable moments in order to begin my healing. I am so grateful for the support of my sober community and of my friends for lifting me up and making me realize if I can do this. I am currently learning how to surrender my life to the will of God, and it has been so freeing. Every day, I feel more peace. God, my battle belongs to you! If you have any questions about sobriety, or you need someone to talk to because you feel lost, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I am here for you. Love you all!! 💜

@ssbdfest was AMAZING! This was my favorite experience I’ve gotten to have at a festival. Being at my first Same Same sober was life changing. I saw a whole different side to the festival and actually had energy to do all of the things I wanted to do. I camped with the sober camp and it made the experience so much easier. Sobriety is the best gift I’ve ever been given and I’m so happy to be happy and thriving in my life today. When I look back to last year’s Same Same, wow what an opposite experience because I’m clean now.

Bass boat party was so lit, I was shaking my booty all day for @goodsocietyla thank you for a great event! I’m hitting @ssbdfest in 11 days and I’m so excited to go with the sober camp that I went to @libfestival with and get down with the bass in our face! I’m most excited to see @tapebbeats and @ofthetreesmusic 😍 Who will I see at Same Same and who are you excited to see?

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate my birthday. It was celebrated a few months late, but I had such a good day surrounded by so many friends. I’m grateful for you all. First we did a beach day, followed by dinner @surrules restaurant where I got to meet Venus, and finally a bass filled night with @joshteedmusic 💜🪩✨ by @energyqueenn

Crankdat + Tape B + Levity + Level Up + Kaskade + roomies = amazing night

So grateful to see so many of my favorite artists in one place. But damn am I getting old, my back and body hurts after just a couple hours of standing in the crowd. Also so grateful to be a sober raver, especially watching all the young kids falling over and messed up. Definitely not as easy to stay awake sober but thank you to energy drinks and zyns for keeping me going.

LIB was absolutely amazing! This was my first festival completely sober and I had the most amazing time. I was worried about how it would feel to go to my first festival sober but Lord, let me tell you I could not have felt higher off my natural energy. The way that I was able to connect with people in such a genuine authentic way and the way I got down on the dance floor was unlike any experience I’ve ever had before. People were literally asking me what I was on and I was like “My own energy baby !!” I was able to push myself through someone uncomfortable moments by practicing self soothing and ultimately able to prove to myself that I can do hard things. Memories from @ssbdfest !! I miss prancing around the beach with all my best friends.

I’ve been spending the month of December up in LA with my family. It’s been nice getting so much time with my family and a change of scenery.
