Happy Wednesday EFC community! We’ve gotten lots of new followers over the last few days so we wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves. We are a DC based collective established at the top of 2024. Our goal is to hold a space where women can build genuine relationships while simultaneously promoting health and wellness.
To those of you who have attended past events, we love and thank you! To those just joining us, we’re so glad to have you! Be sure to look out for a calendar of upcoming summer events to be posted so soon. We look forward to meeting you all and continuing to grow together.

Ready to ride?? EFC invites you to a Women’s History Month special— a 45 minute indoor bike ride celebrating strength, energy, and the UNSHAKABLE confidence that comes along with being a woman.

We’ll be turning up to a playlist of our favorite baddies like Rihanna, Meg the Stallion, Ciara, Queen Bey, and more— just to make us feel something!

All cycling skill levels are welcome as we bring in our evening vibing through the rhythm and getting a good sweat.

Tennis babes to the front! Whether you’re new to learning or already have a deep love for the sport, En Forme Collective invites you a Galentines tennis clinic open to women of all skill levels!
