Brittany’s motorbike accident nearly cost her a leg and her life. Her body healed. Her energy didn’t come back the same way.

Doctors told her she was young and would bounce back. She described it as her internal engine running “on a dimmer switch.”

Trish Phan (@trishphanfitness) trains Special Operations Forces and helps injured warriors rebuild strength as VP and Personal Training Director at @greyteamhq. She knows her body well, and she started out skeptical.

“I didn’t believe it until we had it.”
