NZ’s Strongest. Christchurch. 2026. 🔥

56 athletes. Five events. One massive day.

The first NZ’s Strongest Man & Woman in Christchurch — and what a day it was.

The atmosphere. The battles. The people. This one was special.

And we’ve got plenty more to come. 👀

So grateful to battle it out with 4 of the strongest masters 40s in the country. Definitely had to fight some demons to get the top spot 🥴

Huge army to thank because I couldn’t have done it without you all. Firstly my coaches @sstruthruth and BJ for always believing in me. My partner @renee_thomson8 (head loader of course) 😊 my kids @jayy.mxz @symphony.mainzz @naiyah_mainacc for the continuous support❤️

Special thank you to the @decileone @pasifika_strength family. You guys are the best.

Thank you to all loaders, volunteers, refs for making the day such a memorable event.

Lastly just a huge congratulations to all the winners of all the categories and to all the athletes. Such an awesome day of witnessing huge PBs and just seeing what the human body can do when you do the hard mahi.
