Continuing the Commitment: Outreach Program to Home for the Girls
Mag 28, 2026 • Palayan City
To the Officers and Members of the Central Luzon Region 31,
While our regional Outreach Program at the Home for the Girls in Palayan City is formally scheduled on a quarterly basis—with our next major institutional visit locked in for June 28, 2026—our core mission has never been defined by a calendar alone.
As the Charter & Past Governor of CLR31, alongside Past President Lady Eagle Edna A. Miranda with other Ate, our promise to these wonderful girls remains an everyday commitment. Beyond the official quarterly programming rotation across the different clubs of Central Luzon Region 31, our personal pledge to sustain their happiness, uplift their spirits, and fuel their hopes continues without pause.
📋 Activity Framework & Preparation
To maximize the impact of the upcoming June 28 regional visit and maintain our ongoing support, the following focus areas are continuously being driven:
Sustained Material Support: Ensuring the steady supply of health, hygiene, and educational kits so the girls never experience a gap between quarterly regional visits.
Morale & Mentorship: Preparing interactive, uplifting activities for the June visit that emphasize emotional support, leadership, and personal growth.
Club Coordination: Aligning the various clubs under CLR31 to ensure a seamless, well-organized, and high-impact collaborative deployment this coming June.

Our Core Mantra:
"Service Through Strong Brotherhood." We do not just visit; we build a foundation of consistent, reliable care that reminds these young girls they are never forgotten.

Let us keep the momentum building. Every club under CLR31 is encouraged to coordinate their specific deliverables and program assignments early to ensure our return to Palayan City brings maximum joy and meaningful impact.
